A All Animal Control

After a detailed search for the top animal control agencies via google, I selected to contact A All Animal Control. It was the informative website, positive reviews, and the humane tactics that led me to call A All Animal Control. Their website caught my attention because they had the most helpful information regarding different animal issues and it put me at ease knowing they don't just "shoot on the spot". Relocating the bunnies that were causing my dogs to get sick was important to me. I explained to Bret my desire to tackle our rabbit problem simply because it was affecting my two dogs and he did an excellent job of listening to our concerns. Bret was courteous and prompt when he scheduled an appointment to come out and examine our issues. He did an excellent job of making multiple recommendations, even those that weren't related to my call. I discovered a number of other animal and insect issues that he could also help me with. Bret and his team operated with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and class I have ever experienced with a wildlife company. The initial consult took them 45 minutes to investigate my property and write a very detailed outline of what they saw to be going on. When they completed they handed me the checklist and walked me around my property to show me exactly what was going on and where. Bret provided me and my family a complete service and I highly recommend A All Animal Control. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. I plan to refer the company and return with more friends since the rabbits are a neighborhood problem! more

My wife and I had a problem with squirrels in our home. I called A All Animal Control and told them my situation. The staff at AAAC was very helpful and knowledgable regarding my situation. I scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived on time, inspected my home, let me know of my situation, how the squirrels were getting into my home and how we could resolve the problem. The technician set traps and started the job. Within two weeks the squirrels we're gone from my home. A All Animal control repaired all the points of entry on my home where the squirrels were getting in and my problem was solved. The squirrels have not been back and my experiance with A All Animal Control was great. I recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. I rarely find a company to be great, but this is one I will make an exception for! 10/10 for AAAC PS: I did call around to other companies and A All Animal was one of the more professional companies with very fair pricing as well. If I ever have another animal problem A All Animal Control is my GO-TO company for now on! more

Technician failed to inform me about the trap regulations and then attempted to charge outrageous additional fees. They did not do the agreed upon repairs. They have a service contract that is so fine print and long that it is practically illegible, especially for seniors. When I asked what I was signing because I couldn't read it, they fail to tell you everything that is on the contract. They basically will just show up and put a couple traps out, get hundreds of dollars up front then they never follow up with you, so your lucky if they trap anything. They expect the customer to check the traps every day, I'm a disabled veteran in a wheelchair, but if you touch the trap the will attempt to charge you hundreds of dollars, but of course they don't tell you not to touch them (it's in the fine, fine print long contract). The customer service woman at the main office was rude and unhelpful and will trap you in the unethical contract if you don't take it to an attorney first to decipher it. DO NOT trust this business. Additional complaints from other ripped off customers can be found on the BBB website as well as Google and Yahoo Reviews, unfortunately I did not read them or talk to my neighbors before I hired them. I have since found a reputable, honest company through Critter Control who did all the repairs and trapped all of our destructive pests by setting and checking the traps everyday--basically doing the work I paid for. more
