Fast, efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and I HIGHLY recommend! We have termed the incident 'Ottergate'. Somehow my 6,000 gallon KOI pond got on the otter's radar. Tom and his crew were terrific.....from the first visit to inspect to completion of their work. We feel our house is fully protected from rats and squirrels.......especially with their guarantee to back it up! Somehow they remained cheerful and smiling while dealing with a very hard, dirty job in very small spaces. We would highly recommend them! more

I had some starlings coming into my attic through the vents. A All Animal Control came out and made an assessment, and then we made an appointment to install some screens. He was just going to patch up the single screen that they had pushed through, but he said that if we did that, they would probably just go through another one. It was better to replace them all with better and reinforced screens. They came out exactly when they said, and they were done within a couple hours. I haven't had any more issues with birds. The guy who came and did the installation gave me recommendations for anything else I asked about, and he answered all the questions I had. I really appreciated their workmanship, and the fact that if I have any issues within a year they will come out and correct the problem. I was happy with their timely service and would call them again. more

Basically, we had some birds in a vent and they were causing an unpleasant odor to come through the entire house. I called A All Animal Control and he came out and was very gracious, nice and professional. He took care of the problem. I would definitely use his services again. more

I emailed Jack at A All Animal Control and he was very respectful. I wasn't looking forward to this, we have three dogs and they were going to have four guys working around and inside our house. I figured it would be a terrible two whole days, loud and barking etc. However, they were so respectful throughout the process and very professional. On the first day, my dogs didn't even hear them! They kept the noise level way down. Every time I looked out the window, they were working so hard it was unbelievable. I was just totally impressed. They really are respectful of your time and aware of their surroundings. On the second day, they went up into our attic where they proceeded to pull out 12 old birds nests, and raccoon droppings. They completely sanitized and decontaminated it. They warned us that they might be loud, but again, we really didn't hear anything from them. They had to re-screen about 51 screens throughout the entire house, I think maybe even by hand. They worked quickly and respectfully. It was far from the horrible experience I was sure it would be. We saw A All Animal Control from an ad in the telephone book, so we got a hold of them. He came out and gave a quick walk around the house. We had a problem with roof rats, they were in our attic space and everything. He gave me the whole run down and then gave a huge estimate for everything. Once we said that we couldn't do that, he really worked with us on pricing. He talked about what we absolutely had to do, and what would be recommended. He was very easy to work with. The problem was taken care of within a week. He also let us know that the work is guaranteed, so we can call him back if we have any problems. Also, the price at the end wasn't any different then what we decided on. more

Michael from A All Animal Control came to my house, and went above and beyond. I called him out a second time. I'd definitely recommend him. I called A All Animal Control because a raccoon tore a hole into the crawl space beneath my house. When Michael was done clearing the crawl space, he removed the toxic feces and re-sheeted the hole. While he was down there, he saw a few mistakes the builder made, and made some covers to keep the rodents out. He made my wife feel good knowing there would be no more rodents in the crawl space. more
