Mark Hopkins is a horrible person, who runs a ridiculous bussiness. He has even gone as far to screw over his own family. His busniess name has changed how many times? Thats because he has filed bankruptcy how many times? He is talking his employees stealing? He stole over 8 k from one of his own family members. DONT do bussiness with him. You would be better off with a bum. more

I have read these bad reviews and I must say They all must be ex employees that got fired for steeling, or didn't get a raise. I have been doing signs for 10 years now and I have over 100,000 Customers, and this company is doing great. I have had over 60 employees, some where great and moved on to better things and some where just after a pay check. Believe all the negative reviews...Decal Guy and the Hopkins family are a real piece of work. They will screw you over in a heartbeat in a greedy effort to make as much money as fast as they can. They violate tax laws, labor laws, and have a record of illegally selling their worthless, crappy franchises. Anything positive that you may read on Citysearch about All American Decal Guy, Decal Guy, or Mark and Paulina Hopkins is absolute B.S. I guarantee that one of them wrote those glowing words of praise and bestowed upon themselves a 5 star rating. Anyone who has honestly dealt with these two knows the truth...that they are an insult to honest business people. Pros: absolutely none Cons: would take too much breath more

Worked here as well and this also turned out to be the worst job I have ever had and only job I have ever quit without giving notice. I quit because of horrible customer service. Mark took on jobs he couldn't handle and employees wound up trying to make things right with customers knowing they would be reprimanded for it later by the Hopkins. I am ashamed to admit that I worked their when someone recognizes work that I had done when I was there. Most often they love the work (designed by the employees with design degrees, NOT by Mark), but despised the customer service. As a Graphic Designer fresh out of college I feel like I was definitely taken advantage of. I was paid minimum wage and frequently worked 7 days a week with no overtime. Employees paychecks would be late or bounce while the Hopkins are driving in with a brand new boat and fifth wheel. After quiting I had to take them to Small Claims court because I was never paid. Then after hours of Mark sweet talking the mediator my timecard was mutilated by Mark and cut down to a small percentage. He wrote me a check then and there (normally not his style), which turned out to come from a bank account they had closed years prior. To top that off -- while investigating them through L&I, I found that they had been in trouble numerous times for not paying, taxes, social security, L&I, etc. Plus, they had open cases with many other employees and where illegally selling franchises. As a former employee of All American Decal Guy, I can write with conviction that working for Mark and Paulina Hopkins amounted to one of the worst jobs I've ever had. They were dishonest in not only how they treat employees, but also in their dealings with customers. If your money and time are not very important to you, then by all means go waste both by supporting their business. Pros: If you fork out a bunch of money up front, they may actually do your work relatively quick Cons: Too many to possibly list in this small space more

I'm a former employ of dacal guy and it was a great learning experience i learn who i don't want to. Pros: a great business model if you need need decals or signs theyll do it Cons: Marc Hopkins is a sleeze if he thinks your a push over he'll treat you as such more

Definitely not recommended. Took 2 months to take care of a 2 day project. The delay in time cost me a pretty penny on top of what I already forked out, up front I might add, for the signs. Will never use again. Had to make threats of bad publicity to get my signs finally done. Wish I would have read these ratings before purchase. Cons: took forever for signs, they took my money and ignored me more

I have used this company four times. I can make my own signs on my vinyl plotter but don't have the equipment to print full color vinyl decals so I job out what decals I need printed. They have been easy to work with reasonable prices and quick service. They are less expensive than the two other closer sign companies I could go to. Pros: Fast service easy to find location more

I recommend you choose a different sign shop. You would be better off going to Signs by George or Sign Connections in my opinion. Pros: Good location. Cons: Terrible service/quality. more

Myself and my motorcycle club use the Deacl Guy all the time. They hook us up without a problem, always courteous and assiting us right on the spot. The owners are very cool and professional.....I drive 40 minutes from Seattle to get stuff done and so do our members.......They are A1 and I will recommend them to anyone.......Remember there will always be impatient haters out there.....so dont believe the hype. Pros: Quick service, great staff Cons: Need another office in the Seattle area more

I Find it interesting the only good comment on here is by a MARK.... the owners name is also Mark a bit of coincidence. I think not. I agree with the two other posters. Service was slow and of low quality. more

It took us 3 i/2 months to get our stuff done. Every time we went in to get our decal on our cars it take 6 to hours of waisting our time. Probably have over 65 hour invested in this and its still not right Cons: Don't waist your time more

I don't now about that other guy bitching, but I hear nothing but great things about the decal guys. I have been going their sinse they started and have never had a problem. I get my signs back faster and better than any other sign shop and all their crew are nice and will take the time to go over my art work. Pros: Their fast and very nice people to work with more

TOOK MONTHS TO GET A SIGN DONE FOR MY COMPANY, AFTER I ALREADY PAID IN FULL. RECIEVED SIGN WAY PAST DEADLINE AND FINAL RESULT WAS OF VERY LOW QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. WOULD NEVER RECOMOND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. I WOULD RATHER RELAY HOW TERRIBLY THEY RUN A BUSINESS. NEVER GOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER, I WAS ALWAYS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. NEVER USE THERE SERVICES! more
