AVOID 12/3/2007

Stay away from this shyster!!! If you bring your own truck he charges $600 for a dock fee and doesn't have a forklift or any help! Raised the fee from the agreed $250 a month to over $600 because items were ""heavy"" ????? We had equipment to move and place the stuff! RUDE , GREEDY MAN! look else where , NOT RECOMMENDED! warehouse is NASTY! FIRE HAZARDS EVERYWHERE! Advertises it as a ""climate controlled"" warehouse. Thats not true, no insulation, no heat, no lights! I will never do business with Airborne again! Cons: yes he is! more

Airborne moving bad customer service 8/6/2007

I used Ariborne moving company last April, I stored some property into their storage and I have been trying for 3 days to get a few boxes out. I called Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning at 7:30 am I showed up to remove the boxes and was thrown out because of an emergency another customer had I only needed 15 minutes. The owner was rude and nasty to me. I tried again on Monday again he stated that he could not help me becuase he has other jobs. So I will remove my property and never use them again. I am a paying customer and I should have been treated with some respect and courtesy. So I would not suggest this company to anyone. more

Avoid if You Need Specific Moving Time and DATE 8/12/2006

These guys were to move me out of a house on one day. No problem with that. They showed up that morning and were finished in two hours. However, after checking my credit card, found they had over charged $500 for the initial move. It was corrected by the company, tho. Then on the follow up move, my personnel effects were to be delivered that morning. After several phone calls with the company, I was finally told at 4 pm that they wouldn't be bringing my stuff until the following day. So noon time the NEXT day, I finally received my stuff (26 hours late). I'll look elsewhere if I need to move again Pros: Can't think of any Cons: Not Dependable more

I wasted an entire day 5/31/2005

They called me at 7 am to tell me they were coming at noon. Then they said they were coming at 2pm. When 4pm rolled around no one answered the phone and finally when I used a different number someone answered. Can you believe they were ignoring me! They said that it was 5pm and there was no one to help me move. Now I'm stuck with another day's rent and finidng another mover. Don't be fooled, they go by different names. Beware of these jokers! Pros: Now show- No pay Cons: Waste of my time more
