Like New Carpet 6/16/2008

Want to make your house look newer, cleaner? Have your carpets cleaned by A & A Organic DryClean. My 10-year old carpet looks like new! I never thought those old stains would actually be gone. These guys do a great job! Pros: Good Price, quick scheduling, dry when the work is done more

Saved us from replacing the carpet 1/28/2008

Dear Mr. Laughinghouse,\r \r We were thinking we need to replace the carpet in our rental apartment. The carpet was in really bad shape. We just got the carpet clean last year by a wet-carpet cleaner. And a lot of spots remain after their cleaning. After Jairo clean the carpet the old spots were gone! The carpet look great! Jairo did an excellent job. And here we were thinking we need to purchase new carpet. Not anymore. Thanks! Carpet drycleaning really does a better job then the traditional method of wet-carpet cleaning. Thanks Jairo, thanks Carpet Dryclean. more

Satisfied Customer 1/28/2008

They showed up when they said they would and I was really satisfied with \r the way the carpet looks. I will use them again in the future. They \r technician was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was pleased with the \r job they did. My daughter was here while they did it and she took some \r of their cards also to recommend them. My husband was disappointed in \r the cost which was quite a bit more than quoted. That was the only downside.\r Pros: Great cleaning, Dry Cons: Price was more than expected more

GREAT SERVICE! - amazing value and thorough cleaning! 1/28/2008

Elmer and Chito did a fantastic job! They worked harder on our stains that we ever did! On time and very helpful. The non-toxic cleaning product had a few fumes, but other than that we were extremely pleased with the results - especially since we could walk on it right away. We love the cleanier so much we bought a tub to use on spots. Use these guys - you'll never use a steam cleaning company again. more

What I love about ""drycleaning"" is nothing gets wet! 1/18/2008

My Husband and I had a pipe bust which flooded our dining area. Carpet Dryclean (Jose and Jose) were at our condo at the time scheduled. We also received a call letting us know they were on their way! These men were very helpful in moving the furniture from side to side, as there was not much room to move furniture off the entire area. What I love about ""drycleaning"" is nothing gets wet! Jose and Jose were both friendly, and did a quick yet thorough job cleaning our carpet. We also asked them to clean a kitchen rug (med. size) and our stairs. They did a wonderful job. What surprised me the most is how they cleaned up all debris (cleaning mixture), which I thought I was going to have to do. All we had to do is place our chairs around the table, and some other odd and ends. It was a simple experience to go through, and the Joses' were pleasant to be around. I will use them every year or as needed for my carpet and upholstery needs. \r Pros: Not Wet, Pleasant people, On time more

The staff arrived as scheduled - explained what they would do - gave us a price - cleaned a test area and then asked if we wanted them to proceed.\r The result was as they promised. We are pleased with our clean carpet and will call Carpet DryClean when it is time to do it again.....in about 1.5 years.\r The biggest plus is that the carpet is not wet when the job is done....you can walk on it right away. What a joy!\r more

Miguel and Jesse worked hard and were so friendly. They were both patient with my questions and special requests. I am thrilled with the results of the cleaning process. I had some stains that I thought were there for good, but they are now gone. Everything about this company's customer service is top-rate. They schedule you quickly, call to confirm your appointment, and call after the cleaning to make sure you are satisfied with their employees' work. It was also a pleasure to have Miguel and Jesse in my home and that is a BIG plus for me. \r \r \r Pros: Quick scheduling, on time, great emloyees Cons: powder leaves some dust on furniture more

Setting up service was quick. I recieved next day service. Contractor was very polite and informative. My carpet looked brand new once completed. I would recommend this service to anyone with light to heavily soiled carpet. Pros: quick, no water more

I was highly impressed with them! I called this afternoon inquiring information and wondering how soon I could get an appointment. They were able to come to my house within the hour. Miguel and Israel did a fantastic job and were very professional. I also appreciated that I received a follow up phone call afterwards. We will definitely use them again for future needs. They were easy to work with, called 30 minutes before they arrived, and arrived exactly as scheduled. Miguel and Israel gave me an honest estimate and a clear demonstration before I had to agree to let them clean. They finished quickly and my carpet absolutely looks brand new again. I had some tough spots that I had tried to clean myself, and now they are gone. I received a call from the office after the team left to see if I was satisfied with the service. I will use them again, and I will request Miguel's team! Pros: no wet carpets, friendly and knowledgeable crew Cons: dusty, some residue left over more

GREAT CARPET CLEANING 6/28/2007

I was extremely impressed with this company from my first phone call. They were very helpful in explaining the entire process of the cleaning and I also felt like they were very honest. I was given a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. When Ferdi and Abe came to the house they were right on time and had called to remind us about 45 minutes prior to them arriving. They were very nice and offered to do a sample before they started working. They had a tough job ahead of them! Some of our stains were not removed, but I was not surprised. We have 3 kids and 2 are 2 and 1 so the stains from the milk in the sippy cup were all over the place, and the coffee stains and permanent marker were the only ones that did not come out. The carpet and couch looked great after they finished. I do recommend leaving while they are working, the powder they used irritated my eyes during the process, but after they were finished everything looked great and the clean up was wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend using Carpet Dryclean! more
