Due to workmanship issues, the tile work had to be removed and re-installed 3 times. As a result additional tile was required to be purchased. Edward and Edgar agreed to pay for the additional tile necessary before tile was purchased by us from supplier. Cost of tile was communicated to Edward and Edgar in advance of purchase.
Also, their workmen took one of my large drop cloths that was "borrowed" and they did not return it. Edward and Edgar agreed to have the cloth returned or reimburse us for the cost of the replacement.
Additionally, The GFCI outlet installed has failed on 3 separate occasions to be reset requiring replacement. They were requested to return to correct the issue and identify the issue and correct any wiring hazzard. They did not. Due to saftey concern another electrician was contacted to have the outlet corrected.
Since January, I have contacted both Edward and Edgar multiple times each with reponse of promise to provide reimbursement check with in the week. Notification that we would begin seeking legal and other remedies was communicated on 8/29/2012. Edgar and Edward both promised that Cashiers Check would be delivered by 9/6/12 to date, no check been received.
Conflit and "in fighting" between Edgar and Edward over who was responsible for work performed and payment owed.
