This was the most nightmarish moving experience of my life and I have moved many times. These people are totally unprofessional in every way. All I got from them was a bunch of excuses, constant demands to be paid up front and in cash before they would lift a finger, and even some threats when I questioned them about their hours and pricing! I called and was told they were still loading the truck and they had everything under control. They assured me they would arrive soon. They showed up at my building at 4:45 p.m. and the property manager told them they could not start the move, as the agreed upon hours were 1-5. At that point, AA Condo Movers demanded 1,200 in cash for me, even though they had not delivered my property on time and everything was still on the truck. They also said I would have to pay an additional overnight fee because they would have to come back the next morning. I told them I only had 800
