Amazing service to say the least!\r My son dropped his little toys in my toilet and clogged the toilet.\r I called many different places and was given quote in the figure of 100's.\r I somehow found these guys. Explained my issue. They gave an upfront print. $49.95 if they dont have to remove the toilet and $150 if they have to remove the toilet. This was atleast less than half off what I was given by other companies. \r \r I took a chance. Call Any sewer or drain.\r The tech came and unclogged my toilet and recovered the 2 toys without having to remove the toilet. I was running out of my money too and it was relief that did not have to spend too much on a toilet accident.\r \r Thanks a bunch 49.95 guys! more

Amazing Service! I have 2 restaurants in Astoria and I have used these guys to unclog and clean my grese traps for yearss. I signed to be their vip customer and get quick service at a discount without using a coupon. Someone had referred them to me and now I refer people to them. Lately they arrive a little late than they used to but i sort of got used to it. more

Are you people entirely out of your minds?!?! These Dollar sewer companies are the best thing to happen to consumers expierencing sewer & drain problems since movie buffs found Net-Flicks. $50 dollars per drain line ( $100 for the complete sewer) and you people have the audacity to complain? Are you people serious? or has frugality and cheapness obscured your grasp on reality. Were talking about $100 here!!...a $100 dollars for a trained professional to drive all the way to your location, take the time to deduce the problem, manuver a 300 lbs. machine out of a truck, up & down flights of steps, properly use this machine {which entails comming in direct contact with you fecal matter, bodily secretions, and god knows what else}, clearing the stoppage, cleaning the mess off his machine, and hauling that same 300 lbs. machine back up flights of steps and into a van. And you think paying a company $100 dollars (30% of which is what this man actually makes off the job) is ripping you off? You can't even rent that machine--the one this professional just used--from the Home Depot to do the job yourself for less then a $100 bucks you cheap fucks !!! You get what you pay for in this life boys & girls...and in comparison to what other companies charge for the same service you ingrates are getting more than you deserve. But if my words aren't compelling, and you trully feel robbed or ripped off...by all means, call Roto-Rooter the next time your shit backs up, and get ready to get a reality check when they rape your tight asses with a $400 dollar invoice for the same job you were just complaining about paying $100 dollars for. more

their ads said $49.95 for any sewer any drain. I called them today and a Spanish Mexican guy came and didn't speak much English. The guy try to clear my clogged sewer but he can not open the sewer cap. He told me if he break the cap I will have to pay the compay $30, I said WHAT, I have to pay you if you break my sh*t. that's their professonal skills to charge more. He spend about 30 minutes to open the first cap and used the machine but not able to clear the clogged sewer. then he open the second cap and use the machine again and it works this time. the final bill is $120. the guy told me tthere is another $49.95 for open the second cap. of course I said F**k, why don't you tell me before you open the second cap? I called the comanpy to complain, only to get the answer if I don't pay, they will nerver come back again ( i don't give it sh*t),, and they will give my bill the the collection agancy just to f**k me up. more
