They installed brand new sprinkler system 2 yrs ago at our home with 5 yr parts and labor warranty. After 6 months, all problems started but he never showed up, Tom (the owner) spoke really bad words to my wife while she requested A-1 sprinkler svc to come at our house and look at the problem. They never showed up so we thought it's okay and we fixed the issue by calling some local sprinkler agent.\r Again we had issue with our sprinker last week and we asked him to show up and he started talking really bad with me and finally he agreed to show up. After looking at the problem he said it's not covered under warranty so you need to pay!!! Come on dude...the sprinkler part went wrong and he is claiming somehing broke due to our mistakes. \r \r Please beware of this guys!!and don't use this service. I am going to drag him to small claim court and will surely try to ban his bussiness. \r \r Mr. Tom - Please stop cheating people and their emotions!!! You may get attracted by a 1700dollar offer to install the sprinkler and then strts the swindling. The pipes will rupture and he will make additional 500 dollars within couple of years. Says he gives warranty and when pipes ruptured in May this year he came months after making repeated excuses. He will come first look at the rupure and say that his tech will come and give quote. His tech will come and say that boss has asked him to charge 150 dollars or else no repair. \r I gave him one star as my friend also got it installed and his did not fail and so he still doesn't know his after sales fraud. \r My suggestion, if you use him, force him to show the contract and all the purchased material and drag him to court as soon as he fails. Pros: Cheap when installed Cons: frequent pipe ruptur, hopeless response and swindling more
