This was my second time using A1 Factory Direct. They did carpeting in a couple rooms and laminate in another. Overall, they were great. They were professional, courteous, and they all worked really hard. The whole process took less than a day--maybe like 6 hours. Pam was really helpful when she came out to take the measurements. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the entire process of having A1 put hard wood floors in my condo. I was referred to A1 from a friend, and I can now say I would do the same. The appointment for an assessment of the project was quick and easy to schedule, the estimate came extremely close to my estimated budget, which was able to be matched, for which I am extremely grateful for. Fred and his flooring team Fernando and Jose worked extremely fast, had things done quicker and nicer than I ever could have imagined, and were extremely pleasant to meet and be around. Bob, the owner, and his son, were very responsive, professional and clearly know what they are doing. We went to them to provide a quote on hardwood floors in a new construction home because we suspected that the builder was overcharging us. A-1 quoted us over 20% below what the builder was charging, and was even able to find the exact flooring we wanted despite the builder's best efforts to hide it by white labeling the flooring. more
