I highly recommend A-1 Vacuum & Sewing. Went in looking for a vacuum cleaner. Met with Warren, who is/was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Purchased a Miele Vacuum cleaner. Hadn't heard of them before, but this thing rocks! Almost bought a Dyson at Target. Glad I didn't! This IS the last vacuum I will ever have to buy. Been more than 4 years since I bought it and it is still rocking. Got a great deal, on an amazing product, from a solid company. Still purchase my replacement filters from Warren, who is still there and still rocking too! Great place, great product, great people...Highly recommended! more

I am currently experiencing some health issues that hamper my breathing ability. I found this to be VERY scary and confusing as to where to turn. I decided to run up to my neighborhood vacuum repair store. - really just to have my Dyson animal vacuum serviced and to be sure I was getting all the doggy hair and dander up efficiently. That was when I met Warren (sales manager) at A1 All Make Vacuum. He listened to my situation and he explained the process of cleaning air and getting up dirt from your floors,furniture, ect. and impressed how important that it was to get the best equipment. After much thought (as the recommendation that he had for me was NOT cheap) I decided that my health was way more important than trying to save money on things that might not work...Plus the fact I that had his personal assurance that he would ""keep me happy"" - I decided to go with it... That was almost 10 days ago. I think the situation has already improved and that my breathing issues will be getting better and better. If you go...try to deal with Warren...I don't know the other people...so I cannot recommend them (but I can vouch for this fellow / as he knows his stuff). more

I'd recommend A1 Vacuum and Sewing to anyone who needs to have a sewing machine repaired or wants to buy a sewing machine. There you will find two gentlemen who are not only knowledgeable but have great customer service skills. I found A1 out of desperation. I took my sewing machine to a large competitor (whom I am sure everyone knows). The competitor received my machine and shipped it to another city and returned it twice with the sames repair issues. They replaced my metal parts with plastic replacements which to this day cause problems. Warren at A1 was able to get my machine working again. more

Great Customer service 3/28/2011

I had been to A-1 Vacuum in Sunrise to have my Kirby Vacuum fixed & they were prompt in giving me an estimate. I explained that I have pets and need the Vacuum back soon and they assured me they would have it done with in a couple of Days. Actually they got it done the very next day and called me to pick it up. more
