The work outs at Fast Fitness Boot Camp have been fun and physically challenging. Each day is filled with new combination of workouts that works up a great sweat and builds muscle you didn't know existed. I have been attending FFBC now for almost five weeks and love it! I like that every class is different and physical. Running and walking alone bores me to death!!! FFBC keeps it interesting, quick and I'm feeling better and better after each class. I highly recommend the class and with my busy schedule, there are a ton of classes to choose from. Go for it!!! Amazing workout with Great Results! 2/28/2012

I have been going to boot camp for 5 weeks now and loving every minute of it. I go 5 days per week and always feel energized and amazed at the variety of workouts. Chad is motivating and encouraging at the same time. In 5 weeks, I have never seen the same routine, it is always varied. Immediately, I noticed a difference in my attitude and energy level. After 5 weeks, I have lost 6 lbs and several inches throughout. I am feeling great and getting back to the body I had before having 4 beautiful children! I am a physical therapist, stay fit and run marathons. However, nothing has impacted and made the physical changes to my body like boot camp. There are people there of all ages and fitness levels. Fast and Quick 2/21/2012

The workouts at Fast Fitness Bootcamp are fun, varied and quick. Working out with a group is much more enjoyable than working out by myself and it pushes me to do more each time. I enjoy getting up early to get my workout done at 5:30 am but Chad has various times scheduled so everyone can find a time that fits their schedule. Instantly Hooked with a Great Program 2/21/2012

I've seen many friends and people who want to get healthy and see results but aren't able to stick with something long enough to get those results. This is very different. It's basically just like working with a personal trainer. The workouts are a blast and we all keep each other motivated and showing up.
