I have been going to boot camp for 5 weeks now and loving every minute of it. I go 5 days per week and always feel energized and amazed at the variety of workouts. Chad is motivating and encouraging at the same time. In 5 weeks, I have never seen the same routine, it is always varied. Immediately, I noticed a difference in my attitude and energy level. After 5 weeks, I have lost 6 lbs and several inches throughout. I am feeling great and getting back to the body I had before having 4 beautiful children! I am a physical therapist, stay fit and run marathons. However, nothing has impacted and made the physical changes to my body like boot camp. There are people there of all ages and fitness levels.
