After many years it was time to get a new water heater. We shopped at The Home Depot and was given Fast Water Heater Company’s phone number as the installers. I first called to get a quote and was told we could get an appointment the next day (and this was a Sunday). The person who did the work was Mac and was on time, in fact called to see if he could come out earlier then our appointment was set for. After dealing with our local cable company and many doctor visits I was quite impressed! Mac was courteous, professional, and explained everything, which was needed to complete the job and bring our water heater up to code. The prices were fair and he did the installation job in the time promised. We are happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them if you are ever out of hot water one day! more

Had a 14 year old AO Smith water heater that had seen better days and was beginning to have problems. Called several places locally (5 to be exact). Fast Water Heater Company had the best price and best service. Leka was the installer and did a great job on the install and answered all of my questions. Very reasonable price on extended warranty as well (went from a 6 to 10 year warranty). The bradford white 40 gallon water heater installed qualified for a $30 rebate from PG&E. Fast Water Heater Company came out to replace my second floor waterheater. They were friendly and efficient and worked with the parking issues in my neighborhood with a good natured attitude. George was my installer and went over all of the paperwork and code updates with me. Very good service. more

Our water heater went out and we were having a dinner party later that day - we called Fast Water Heater Company - they installed a new 15 year warranty water heater same day. The service rep (Lily?) was extremely helpful and the guy who came to the house cleaned up after himself and answered all of our questions. Have not had this smooth a service in a long time. more
