Best

911 Driving School - Graham is worth every penny. It's the best thing our daughter could have taken, and she even said so herself! They are consistent, and they genuinely care!

I enjoyed the instructions and my son enjoyed it 3/17/2014

My son and I used 911 Driving School for the first time for my son's driving lessons. My son got really good information as far as tutorials and good hands-on training. He is now doing well driving. We both really liked the instructors. The people working there were helpful and clear. The online information was understandable and everything's printable. They have good in-person and online communication. If you schedule a driving class, they send you email reminders. C. Harper more

I am TERRIBLY disappointed in 911 in Graham! 2/26/2014

My son went to 911 in Graham and on several occasions they "LOST" his tests and he has had to retake them! At first it was just ONE that they lost (keep in mind, he has already taken his FINAL test and passed. I was told they lost a test during a phone call, I was calling to schedule is final drive) , well, when he went to retake it, there was a note on his file saying they ,"lost" a second test of his! I asked why/how this happens and she said that pretty much some things fall through the cracks!!!! This is unprofessional and I am sadden by the amount of money that they make off of peoples children. By reading other reviews, it sounds like this does not happen very often, but, it happened and keeps happening to my child. Save some money and go elsewhere. more

Fabulous service 12/16/2013

I had an overall great experience at 911 Driving School. It's at a convenient location and they're always very helpful in the front office. When I first came in, they were very clear and helpful about guiding me through the whole process. Additionally, they have been really good with rescheduling missed classes and drives. The price is great. more

My kids have had a great experience. 11/27/2013

Janelle, who is the receptionist or coordinator at 911 Driving School - Graham, is really awesome. She is very, very accommodating. I'm a military spouse and my husband is currently deployed. She was able to help me out with time accommodations on the drives for my son. I have two sons attending 911 right now. She's just overall helpful. My kids enjoy it. They love their instructor, Stew. Definitely go to the one I'm going to in Puyallup. more

Been good, for the most part but difficult in scheduling 11/25/2013

We've had some difficulty my son has a very tight schedule with different things going on had to schedule during the weekends. He didn't have as much going on those days but had about three cancellations so far and had to reschedule on weekdays. I understand things come up from time to time but it's been three cancellations so far. If you have the time and your schedule's a bit more flexible, 911 is a good place to go. However, the cancellations made it more difficult and stressful for us. Douglas Carlisle more

Really good and really fun! 10/22/2013

911 Driving School - Graham does a good job of making sure you know exactly what you're supposed to know about driving. The instructors are really friendly and really nice. I would recommend anyone go and try them because they prepare you very well. more

Worth it. 10/17/2013

My instructor at 911 Driving School was Al and he was great. For class, they have really well prepared info, are well organized, and it's a quality education that they offer. I was definitely impressed. It's worth the time and money. more

I thought the classes were very high quality. 10/16/2013

I liked how the classes at 911 Driving School - Graham were balanced. On the drives the instructors were very helpful and gave good insight on how to drive the car. I have to see a visual of what's going on what I need to be doing. When I was in the classes, the instructors would have everything on a PowerPoint and then show us a video pertaining to the main points. Those videos solidified the points they were trying to make with us so that they would stick. Be really open about going to the classes and taking their advice. You're going to have your instructor that you see every single meeting and you will also have different drivers. They all have a little bit of a different way of showing you what you need to learn. Take what each person tells you and find what works for you. more

Absolutely fabulous! 10/15/2013

I used 911 Driving School for my daughter's driver's ed. She very temperamental but she did surprisingly well there. No problems whatsoever. more

My experience with 911 Driving School was beyond great. 10/11/2013

I would recommend 911 Driving School - Graham to anyone. They are worth the money. When I first started, I had zero driving experience. I had never even been behind the wheel. In the classroom we did simulations and the instructors gave us personal stories from them being in the police force. They gave us things to visualize and work with before we ever got behind the wheel. My instructors, Sue and Louis, were really calm and low-pace. They worked with each individual on top of the base curriculum. They made me able to get into learning how to do it and get comfortable, while still being cautious and alert. The classes were two and a half hours. I was in the 6:30 p.m. class and of course kids could get tired after going to school all day. They made it easy to stay awake and pay attention by being pretty entertaining. I wanted to learn, pay attention, and be active in the classroom. They had the PowerPoint, but didn't read it verbatim. They gave you enough time to write it all down. They went over all the questions that would be on our test also. For our last classroom session, we went over all the major points. We had a lot of review and chances to remember important key points for the skills and knowledge test. It was great because not everyone had as much time to devote to drivers ed. The price sounds scary, but they work with you. I was on a payment plan instead of paying it all upfront. So my parents didn't have to come in and pay $700. They want everyone to be able to get in and get the knowledge from police officers because it makes the roads more safe. That was my favorite thing about it. more

Good experience for the kids and they were good 10/10/2013

911 Driving School gave driving school lessons for my daughter. Their customer service was good but I didn't like their hours. It was hard trying to get the school for the evening class. I also didn't appreciate the hidden costs accompanying the already expensive class. I believe they should probably be more upfront and advertised that from the start. Jay M. more

High quality service. 9/23/2013

The staff over at 911 Driving School - Graham is very helpful. We requested to transfer and that was denied originally, but the staff was willing to help us. We submitted the letter they worked with us on to the department and it was actually approved. Because of that, my daughter was able to get her driver's license before she went off to college. Both the staff and the instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. Y. Chartraw more

Really good, quite pleasant 9/19/2013

My friend took driver's ed through 911 Driving School. I really liked how I could go online and get my son's driver's license and number so he could start the school--it was just automatic. They were so quick with answering information through the system. It was very easy. I didn't have to do a lot. more

Great Experience 8/28/2013

My daughter had a wonderful experience at the Graham 911 driving school. The instructors were excellent and I found that she was looking forward to class and going on drives. Instructors were always punctual and information was delivered by instructors in a way that it really stuck with my daughter. This is the second child I have had go to 911 driving school, her sister attended the Kent location and both have a good solid foundation and respect for driving. The video's shown at the school of actual incidents have really opened their eyes to distracted or drunk driving. In fact, the daughter who most recently went through the school is now like a mother hen. Always watching what I am doing and telling me when I make a mistake. more

Extremely horrible service 8/5/2013

I got a quote for a drive test with a warm up drive. I had a written and signed quote by a police officer that worked there for $80.00. I was told by the officer to show up at 6.30 and he would make sure i got to take my test even if he had to stay late. I showed up to take my drive at 6.00 for my 6.30 drive witch they then said was to late. The receptionist also refused to honor the written quote i was given. I am ashamed to see the officers that work there to be dishonest on top of that the bad customer service. Send your business else ware they dont deserve it more

Good prep, but finishes early and is hard to schedule 7/24/2013

911 Driving School-Graham is fine. On some of the drives she went on, she came back 20 minutes early and if I am paying for that drive time I want her to have that time. Plus, if I get a call 20 minutes early asking why I am not there waiting for her because they finish early that sucks. Otherwise, she felt prepared and is about to schedule her test. She seems ready for it. It is very hard to schedule the drives with them as well which is inconvenient. more

Very good 7/23/2013

I enrolled my son at 911 Driving School for standard driver's education. From what I've seen with my son and what he has written down, they've covered a lot of ground. I like the way they schedule their drives. It was close by and the times were good so it was convenient. It was a nicely put together package. The driving instructors seemed very good and the classroom instructor seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Some of their competitors are cheaper, but from what I've heard, not as good. You'll get a good package with the drives and classroom. They've got great instructors that are certainly very qualified. more
