""The worst way to treat a customer!!!"" I found this dry cleaner around my house so I decide to give it a try. It was a bad decision at all. The cashier charged me $9 for a jacket and I was thinking ""what the heck?"" I went back to the store three days later for pick up and the old lady named Kim told me that they got a wrong jacket. she asked me to come back two days later because she claimed she was out of town during the time I drop off my jacket. Kim handed me another jacket after I went back and claimed it was the factory that made a mistake. She asked me to give her a week to relocate my jacket. I finally got my jacket when I went back for the third time. However, Kim asked me to pay for the fee and I told her that I paid in the beginning. I had to drove three times to get my jacket back and she still wanted me to pay for the service. What a way to go to treat the first time customer. KIM
