88 Drive In Theatre

We love drive-ins, and we love this drive-in, but they need a NON-smoking section now that pot is somewhat legal. \r \r We saw Dispicable Me 2 and people on both sides of us were lighting up. Not cool when you've got kids in the car and nowhere to go and it's a hot summer night. Until people get a little more common sense they need to separate the cars so my children aren't sniffing second hand pot smoke all night. more

Terrible customer service and management. After an hour and a half of waiting their credit card machine was down so we could not pay. We spoke to the owner and she gave no resolution to the situation other than leaving. She would not let us pay inside the snack bar or pay later when the machine came back up. All other staff we spoke to were uneducated and had no care for customer service. While waiting we saw many arguements and fights in which one ended with the cops arriving. This is a very trashy and disrespectful place that does not deserve anyone's hard earned money. I will never go to this place again and do not recommend it to anyone. The owner needs a big wake up call on how to properly run a business and treat her customers with respect and they should be out of business because of her. more

If you are anything like me, you remember a time where customer service and quality of service actually meant something. I can tell you, you will not find anything resembling that here. In fact, just the opposite. You will find an EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and trashy staff. Most of them had the appearance of being intoxicated. Everyone that works there will go out of there way to make the already pathetic experience even worse. The bathrooms are disgusting with feces and urine on the walls and floors. The health department seriously needs to investigate their food prep and kitchen. The screen is so small and projector underpowered that you will not see the screen unless you're in the front row. They wonder why drive-in's are a dead breed, its because of insanely horrible businesses like this. They even went out of the way to not allow another customer who's truck had become disabled to be towed out. He was in the very back row and they tried TO HOLD HIM HOSTAGE AND KEEP HIS TRUCK THERE TIL 3AM! The police had to be called just so he could be towed out by another customer. SAVE YOUR MONEY, LET THIS AWFUL BUSINESS DIE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A BUSINESS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I REGRET LEAVING 1 CENT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE AND YOU WILL TOO! STAY AWAY! more

Movies are good! I bought a pretzel with cheese that was hard as a rock and when I complained the management became rude and aggressive. I was put out -when all I wanted was a soft pretzel!I have heard others with the same story. They are just rude and don't care about their customers. If you challenge them whatsoever they get aggressive. Totally not worth the trouble! They definitely don't believe in customer service!! When we go now we just take our own food and drinks & leave the snack bar alone!!! The bathrooms are nasty, full of insects and never have toilet paper. Some of the toilets don't even work.
