This was the worst service that I've ever had at a quick lube shop.
The tech's attitude was aloof at best, he never asked about preferences for oil or service. In fact, after draining the oil, he began to fill up without asking if I wanted a different oil.
I watched every part of the service. Of the "16 point service", the tech only performed FOUR of them (arrival oil level, oil change, filter change, and coolant check.) He did not perform ANY other items that were listed as "completed" on the checklist. ADDITIONALLY, HE OVERFILLED THE OIL BY ONE QUART. OVERFILLING CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE, WHICH I JUST REBUILT.
On a final note, this location does not accept 76 credit cards. It is NOT clearly posted on arrival.
