Great experience with this company 10/21/2011

This company has provided all the services and customer support that a person looks for when doing business with a company. A new furnace is something that is a large expense to a family, and 72 Degrees has made every effort to give us our money's worth. The staff is responsive and pleasant. They were on time and completed all their work without a mess or major interruption in my home. more

THE 72 DEGREES SERVICEMAN CAME A LITTLE EARLY,BUT WE WERE PHONED AHEAD OF TIME THAT HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOME A LITTLE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED.HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL..TELLING US WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR 14 YR. We went with 72 Degrees because we wanted the comfort of knowing that if we had an emergency we could have someone here quickly. All of our dealings with 72 Degrees personnel have been positive and when there was a question or concern all it took was a phone call to get it taken care of. more

Prompt and excellent service 10/9/2011

72 Degrees has been my heating and air conditioning service provider since 2008. In those 3 1/2 years, each service technician (Cleve, James, Charlie, Gilbert, and Dan) have been exceptionally courteous and professional. When a part needed to be replaced, I was notified and shown the part (if possible) that needed to be replaced, as well as how the part works in the system. 72 Degrees is also prompt. They show up on time as scheduled (usually get a two hour window), and they call you on the day of the appointment to inform you approximately what time they will arrive. This is a very good, local service, and I recommend 72 Degrees to other people who are looking for a good, reliable service to care for their heating and air conditioning needs. more

technician performed heating and cooling maintenance prevention service. 10/8/2011

The technician did a tune-up on my heating and air unit. He Checked and tested the heating system inside and cooling system outside. He washed down the coils in the unit ouside and replaced the bad capacitor. He then rechecked the heating and cooling system to see if they wee working correctly. He was very polite and left my home as he found it. Thanks, 72 Degrees. more

excellent service always comes first with this company 10/5/2011

72 Degrees replaced a minisplit heating and air unit in our converted garage 2 years ago and it has run flawlessly since. Today they did the yearly service on it. As always, the tech was bend over backwards nice and took care not to leave any mess to be cleaned up. The job was done quickly and at no inconvenience to me. I would recommend them highly for anyones cooling and heating needs more

Appreciation 10/3/2011

We purchased a new home in 2006 that was built in 2004. In the last 3 years, the original unit needed repairs almost every month in the summer. Thankfully, I called 72 degrees and things have definitely changed. We completely replaced our unit with a new Rheem and are totally satisfied. Our air quality is much better since the installation of the new system. The service has been impeccable. I have already referred several people to 72 degrees. Thank you so much for being a company that we can count on. more
