My wife showed up at 1:20 pm to have an auto alarm installed. She was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours on the phone before she drove over there and they confirmed that wait time when she got there. After paying for the alarm install she sat down to wait.\r
2 1/2 hours later around 4 pm they still were not finished. She asked what the hold up was and was told they were having problems with the ""complicated"" wiring in the doors. She asked how much longer and they said ""soon"".\r
At 6pm, after over 4 1/2 hours of waiting she asked what was going on and was told they had it ""disassembled"" but it would be ready before closing at 7pm! Having no choice she waited.\r
At 7pm she asked where her car was and was told they hadn't finished and she would have to return on Monday!!! At this point she demanded her money and her car back and was refused. She then actually called Metro (yes the police) and began describing her ordeal to the dispatcher in front of the shop manager. When he heard this he pleaded with her to please get off the phone and speak with him. She then witnessed her car being pulled into their service bay. THEY HAD NOT EVEN BEGUN TO WORK ON IT!!! At that point she told the police they were installing the alarm and were going to give her car back and she ended the call. This was at about 7:15, 15 minutes after the shop closed..\r
She was lied to for over 5 hours, prevented from getting her car back, and denied a refund all based on LIES. HAD SHE NOT CALLED THE POLICE SHE WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN HER ALARM INSTALLED THAT DAY. How much more pathetic can a shop get? The shop manager was in a state of fury at this point.\r
After 15 minutes in the service bay the alarm install was completed. She ended up waiting over 6 hours for 15 minutes of labor and a $42 dollar alarm (cost to buy online) and paid $225 for the privilege of having her Saturday and 6 hours of her time robbed from her.\r
The other reviews I've read on here sound like they we're planted by friends of the shop. The DISHONESTY and LIES they told her speak for themselves.\r
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. She will be filing a detailed complaint with the BBB.\r
I hope this saves someone else from the ordeal she went through. She had also intended to have her windows tinted there the following weekend but now never in a thousand years would she do business here again. They are downright dishonest. Perhaps they think women are stupid and will believe their lies.\r

UPDATE: 9 hours after the alarm was hastily installed the car caught fire in our driveway and burned to the ground. It
