I've been a member here for almost two years. I visit the facility almost daily and have an executive locker membership and have done tanning there as well, played outdoor tennis, used the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna and steamroom, the basketball courts, taken advatange of the free classes (there are around 50 weekly) and have used almost every single machine and visited every exercise area . After comparing facilities city wide I have found 7 Flags to be the best value in the metro area for me and my family. The kids gym is huge and is open a lot of hours weekly and there's a women's fitness area as well that my wife enjoys. It's not the most modern facility in all areas but it has everything you need to get and stay in shape. I have gotten to know various staff members and have found most to be cogenial and helpful. I have never heard a staff member use profanity and have never witnessed any being rude, if anything I've witnessed them consistently doing a great job and being friendly. I don't attend 7 Flags to be pampered, I attend to stay in shape and be left to my own devices while doing so. If you want to be pampered, this is probably not the best place and I'm glad it's not because I want a place to get in shape that is affordable with a huge variety of equipment not a place with limited facilities that costs an arm and a leg and has inconvenient hours. Most of the year you can work out here from 5am to 10:30pm, summer hours are a bit shorter. I like 7 Flags and I can't see changing anytime soon.
