I would not recommend doing business with 7 Days Furniture. When I came in, I was not greeted by a single staff member- rather they were all chit-chatting in the middle of the walkway and at least five of them made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge me. It wasn't until I came up and interrupted their conversation I received any help. And they were not happy to be interrupted. By the time I got a salesperson, I already found the bedframe I liked. He was very un-knowledgable about the product and couldn't tell me anything of use. I purchased it despite this and when he and I were talking he asked me if I wanted delivery & assembly or just delivery, I told him I wanted both and he handed me a slip and said go to customer service. I asked where and he vaguely pointed instead of taking a second to be polite and walk your not-earned-commission to the desk. When I paid, the lady confirmed both assembly & delivery. I was satisfied with how soon it arrived. I got a call and let them know I wasn't home but my grandfather was. he let them in and they only delivered the boxes- did not assemble and when I came home from work my ENTIRE room was full of big a** boxes and I couldn't even put my bed back down! I called and was told to hold and not even given a chance to speak. About 10 minutes later I was explaining to the person that I paid for both and this was ridiculous and when she looked up my receipt she found that despite two people having confirmed I wanted BOTH assembly & delivery, that I hadn't been charged the extra $50 for assembly. I asked her when they could come to assemble it and she said not for an entire week!
I then asked to speak with a manager and was on hold for 20+ minutes, then hung upon. So, I called again to be told I'd get a callback and of course, I did not receive one. So my aunt with a broken wrist and I attempted to assemble this monster of a bedframe ourselves. We succeeded but it was ridiculous.Who would've known you have to babysit the staff. Rude, unreliable, don't communicate.
