The owner clearly has favorites among her clients and gives them preference in scheduling classes, which are overpriced as it is. The mat classes are offered as an affordable alternative but are often canceled without 24-hour notice. Oddly enough, if her clients cancel a class with less than 24-hour notice they're penalized by having to pay for the canceled session. Also, if you happen to take duet or group classes, the owner forces you to pay for a private session or cancel the session outright if your partner(s) have scheduling conflicts and have to cancel. (What makes her believe this is an appropriate business practice is beyond me.) I know of clients, myself included, who have been made to feel as if they aren't deserving of her time. The level of instruction is what keeps me from giving this facility an even lower rating. Ultimately, there is no reason to put up with the owner's attitude when there are better alternatives that are less expensive and have an overall better environment.
Pros: Great staff, but high level of turn over
Cons: Dismal managment
