After doing quite a bit of calling and research, I am SO HAPPY to have decided upon 5280 House Cleaning! Not only did they have an available time slot within the week I called, the two gals that came to my house in Evergreen (many other companies won't even consider it), did the most thorough and complete job of any company I have hired. And I am an ex-professional organizer with detail eyes! Looking forward to next time. THANK YOU! more

Not impressed 3/10/2014

I am very frustrated with the cleaning today. There were plenty missed details left for me to do, especially dusting. The windows and mirrors were not cleaned. The stainless looks nowhere near what it usually does when they leave. Little spots everywhere, kitchen counter still with grime.... I pretty much received a light cleaning which I would rather save the $ and do myself. I put EVERYTHING away before they even come, so after two people spend two hours cleaning my 1 bed 1 bath apt I expect it to be clean! Very annoyed, but the positive was that the office staff I spoke with was receptive and I expect this to be a one time complaint. more

Fantastic service!! 3/5/2014

I had a 4 hour deep first clean and my house looks amazing. The cleaners arrived on time, were professional, nice and dealt well with the two black labs underfoot. We will definitely use them again!! It is money well spent. more

Very pleased! 2/24/2014

I had to switch from my usual day and subs were sent because my usual team was unavailable. They had a little difficulty getting in the building but the office called me right away and we were able to straighten it out. They did a fantastic job. Their cleaning was so thorough and I would highly recommend them. Job well done!! more

Karla and her team NEVER disappoint 2/12/2014

I have been using this service for about 10 months now ... I have been using Karla's team since she was assigned to me at the very start. I cannot say enough good things about her and the work her team does. My mother-in-law came to visit over Christmas and asked me if I had switched cleaning services --- she had noticed that corners, tops of picture frames, and run-tracks in the windows were CLEAN. They do a wonderful job, and she anticipates my needs. I am so pleased. more

New team- still great job! 2/7/2014

My regular team leader was on vacation for my last clean, on Jan 27, so I had a new team. It was their first time coming to my house- I was a little nervous, but they did a fantastic job! It is so nice to have that consistency, even if you need to change your day or get a new team for a different reason, you can still expect a great job! more

I am so pleased with my team! They move furniture to clean underneath and have cleaned things that have been missed in the past.... They even stopped the ceiling fans to dust them which is a first for your service. Please continue to send Mariana and Tecia every time- they are wonderful! more

I've had regular cleanings (biweekly) since 9/2013- my team leader is great! Team has been doing a great job overall, although a couple of things have been missed the last few times, different each time but nothing big. I still appreciate their hard work and consistency! more

I'm a bit of a snob about my hardwood floors. I'm extremely particular about cleanliness and having just the right shine to the floors. Team#4 gets it right every time! Even without specific instructions from me, they manage to deliver a consistently good job. The house was in great shape to show off to guests for the holidays. more

Excellent! 1/14/2014

I have been using 5280 for a year and a half, and have been very pleased. Their "regular" cleans are very detailed, and when something needs an extra clean (or doesn't need to be cleaned) it's very easy to modify by calling. We also moved recently, and both the move-out and move-in cleans made both places sparkle! more
