I move once a year and have had all sorts of experiences with movers (so trust me on this one, basically). This company is great. I had to change my move date a few times and they dealt very well with my crazy. more

These guys did a great job for my wife and I. Had no problems with their service and they were very quick. And with movers, being quick and not causing any problems makes me give them 5 stars. more

Best Houston Movers 10/10/2011

I've had bad experiences with a couple Houston Moving Companies in the past, fortunately for me I was recommended to Best Houston Movers from a friend of mine who has also used them! They did an excellent job keeping my stuff just as it was when they packed it up. Nothing broken, dented or scratched up. They are complete professionals and I would use them if I were you :) more

The Best! 9/19/2011

I'm in agreement with all of the other positive reviews for Best Houston movers. This is the first time I have used a moving company; I'd always used truck rentals and friends before (never again). I had spoken to Lisa a few weeks ago; getting scheduled was as easy as ordering a pizza. Javier and Matt showed up to my place promptly at 9:00 a.m. and got right to work. Everything was moved in an efficient and organized manner with a great degree of care to not damage any of my furniture. They were done by 3:00 p.m. well within the estimate Lisa had given. The price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden or padded charges that I've heard of from other companies. These guys really deserve all of the five star ratings they've received and I'll use them every time I have to move in the future (which I hope is not often). more

NO hidden charges! 9/9/2011

I decided at the very last minute to use a moving company for my move to a condo. Other companies were already booked for the day or charged lots of different fees. This was not the case with Best Houston Movers. The team were friendly, professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. What I appreciated the most was that there were no hidden fees! That's right...just a straight hourly rate. I will definitely use this moving company again. more

The only movers 4 me. 8/8/2011

These guys have moved me twice, most recently in early aug. '11. Both times they showed up exactly when they said they would, they worked really hard, they offered extra boxes and packing material when they saw I needed it, and they never once complained about the 3 flights of stairs they had to navigate! Oh, and nothing was broken and they finished in less time than they (or I estimated they would.) more

Great movers! 8/1/2011

Just adding my two cents to everyone else's... these guys are outstanding. On my first move from one apartment to another, they were on time, fast, friendly, very careful with my stuff. Then I hired them for my company when we needed just one piece of furniture delivered. The crew were great. more

When I called for a quote, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained that my sofa had to be moved down 5 flights of stairs, because it didn't fit in the elevator, and the salesperson padded the estimate accordingly. more

My husband and I just recently moved from Katy to Houston. A two bedroom apt moving to a two bedroom apt. We checked the Citysearch review and decided to choose this company. more

Exceeds even 5 stars! 6/15/2011

Definitely exceeds even 5 stars! This company was fantastic. All of my phone conversations were with Lisa and she was extremely efficient and helpful. She asked lots of questions to gain all the appropriate info about my move and it helped me to remember all the details I needed. The move was basically several large pieces of furniture and I reiterated my concern with making sure there were enough movers. Lisa clearly understood and reassured me there would be sufficient help with 3 movers. more

Great movers 6/7/2011

I used them twice - once in May 2010 and May 2011 and both times I had an excellent experience. They were there on time, very professional and extremely hard workers the entire time they were on the clock. We lived in a 3th floor walk-up and I never heard them complain. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Worth every penny! 5/18/2011

Unfortunately I had to move - again . Best Houston Movers packed my truck for a cross-country caravan ending in Spokane, WA. When the movers on the Spokane end unpacked the truck they remarked SEVERAL times that they were impressed. They were saying things like ""Man - who packed your truck?!"" It was surgical. Nothing was broken - and I was driving the rental truck, so that is saying something! Also, I probably got a truck that was one or two feet too small - but they made it work. They made my last (sniff - sob) moments living in Houston fun and made a job I didn't even want to do enjoyable. I will miss them next time I have to move!!! They are well worth every penny! more

Best Houston Movers were great!! They saved my life, bc my other moving company screwed me over and canceled on me. I called them last mins to book the move and 2 nice guys came to the rescue. Got my small move done in 1.5 hours! just the right rate too. very sweet and friendly! I would def use them again and recommend them to friends. more

Very Professional 5/2/2011

This has taken me far too long to post. Matt and his crew did not stop working for almost 7 hours. As stressful as the whole day was for reasons beyond our control (like a stairway too small for our couch!), these guys were a real joy to have around. Polite, funny, and upbeat, it felt as much like hanging out as moving, only they had sweat pouring off them. more

THE BEST TX MOVERS! 4/11/2011

I have moved 3 times in the last 12 months! I was ready to buy my own truck and do it myself. I wont go into detail about the last few companies I used before Best Houston movers, but they weren't good. The trucks they put my stuff into and the blankets they used were filthy! When Best Houston movers showed up with the nice clean trucks and all new equiptment I knew i found the right place. The staff all spoke good English and were polite and explained everything to me. Wonderful Move experience 4/5/2011

This is my first move with them and it was so easy and great. I got my apartment the last minut and didn't think I could find anyone to do it for me. Cal lBest Houston Movers and talked to Lisa and she got it done for me. She gave me a couple of suggestions and help me get my rate lowered. They crew showed up on time and was very professional. I was moved and they were done in a couple of hours. Lisa even called me on the day of the move to see how everything was going. It was something that I didn't expect for a local move. I have move using a national carrier across several state states and I never did hear from that sales rep after I sign the lease on the move. Needless to say I was very inpressed and will recommend them for anyone who needs professional to help them move. Hey friends are great to hang with but not when you need to move. Thanks again Best Houston Movers. more
