5 Star Childcare Svc

Please find another daycare to send your child too. My daughter has a bald spot in her head from either a student or employee and no one seen anything which tells me no one was watching my daughter. She would cry everytime we would leave her with those people. The director often has to leave out of town and leaves her husband to cover. Her son was driving one of the van one morning and almost hit us because he was driving so fast. The front door is never locked and the never ask for ID I had to report them to the local DFACS because of the bald spot in my daughter's head and do you know it took two months before the director called me back and I didn't need to speak with her. Yes they are cheap so you will get cheap childcare. We have our three yr old princess in Kids R Kids Duluth and I have never seen my child happier. The have video cameras in the class so you can watch your child which also means they have nothing to hide. Cameras in the kids cafe (i know how cute) she is smiling and loves her teacher and can't wait to go to school each day. We are blessed to have her somewhere safe. They need to be shut down! more

I have been using 5 Star childcare for about 5 years. I have had exceptional service. It is always clean and sanitary. The floors are mopped every night. My son gets perfect attendance awards at school and I believe it is partly because they keep the daycare so clean. My son also likes it very much. Reading is encouraged and healthy snacks are provided. The children have a great playground to use up their energy. I would recommend this daycare! more

Concerned about safety of the facility. I walked right in because door is unlocked. I told them who I was there to pick up. They pointed me to the room without asking who am I or without asking for Identification. I got the child & walked out without being asked to sign child out!!! Very Unsafe Practices!!!! Zero Stars!!!! more
