I would not even recommend this company to my worst enemy. They were rude on the phone, could not give me a straight answer about their services and acted like they didn't even want my business knowing I only needed one room cleaned. Rating this company from 1 to to\r 10 I would give them a 3 and that's only because they did answer the phone unlike some of the other companies I tried to call. more

Just as the name says it is a 5 star company. I reccomend Jeff Foster to anyone who needs carpet cleaned. He Cleans my rugs as well as the carpet in my rent house. When the last renters left I thought I might have to replace the carpet because of their dogs, but 5 star cleaned the carpet and deorderized it . It is fine now. I would rather rent a carpet cleaner and do it my self. 10/24/2011

I thought I would try a different company this time.That was a mistake.The guy told me my house stinks and was very rude when I asked him about my pet stains.He told me to get rid of my dogs for starters.Then he tried to charge me double the price with no guarantees.I had to tell him to leave,then I called my original carpet cleaner from Caddo.I think it was Courtesy or Courteous something.They were great.5 Star Sucks Pros: null Cons: null more
