This is a perfect place for someone that wants to exercise in a pool or do some physical therapy in a pool without having to pay for a full gym membership at one of the local gyms. It is significantly cheaper to become a member of the Five Cities Swim Club and to use the pool there. The other great thing is that they really cater to kids. They offer a large variety of swim classes for kids and also classes for infants and mommies to get the babies introduced to the water. It is a small place and it is not intimidating at all. It is perfect for the family because parents can get exercise at the pool and the kids can get comfortable with the water in a safe environment.
