I was looking for a place to help me get on track to a healthier lifestyle. I was very active when I was younger but somewhere along the way I got caught up in one thing or another and the pounds started to sneak up on me. I would do my thing with home videos, or walking, tried the occasional gym but found I didn't really know what to do and gravitated toward the same exercises and machines as a result not to mention all those fad diets. Then I found 4BALANCE.
The training team and staff are very friendly and motivate me every step of the way not only through the workouts but helping me with my meal planning and setting goals. They even call to check in on me if I skip out on a few sessions.
The workouts hit my full-body which I like since I know I can get a great workout in 60min and get on with my day. I'm getting stronger and healthier everyday and it feels great to be getting ""back on track"".
They offer a complimentary workout to anyone interested in trying it out and I highly recommend you take advantage of it. Make no bones about it - this is not your run of the mill big gym with a million machines that you mess with solo. You never know what the trainers will throw at you and the workouts change every day. I love it! One day I may be hitting a gigantic tire with a sledgehammer and the next day I may be working with weights. Variety is the spice of life!
