they are the worst place in the world to live. pay your rent and they loose a check however, if you pay cash to one of the girls then miraculously you will be left to live here for a month. They know who they can go after it is one of the worst places to live. The Whole organization is in this racket together. They will never give you a receipt If you pay rent, they will wait and GOD HELP YOU. All of a sudden all these wills appear and If you pay cash (sucker) they will then maybe \r do away with charges. They will do anything to get money from you illegally.\r Please go live on the street, do not come here more

Shocked there are not more reviews on this horrific apartment complex! I don't know where to start... But coach roaches seem appropriate. I keep the apartment immaculate, yet kill at LEAST a dozen coach roaches a day. I have one of their ""suave new updated"" apartments, and yet the place is literally crawling with bugs. It is absolutely disgusting. Everything breaks. We have only been here 6 months (and cannot WAIT to leave.) Upon moving in our bathroom tub did not work. It would fill up like a bath while you used the shower. It took maintenance 2 weeks to come and fix it. And again it took maintenance 2 weeks to come fix our broken garbage disposal. You can hear right through the walls, not to mention the thundering children running up and down the hallways and riding their go-carts up and down as well. The garbage dump is apparently in the hallway, where everyone leaves their garbage... for days. Did I mention the call I made to 911 because there was a woman screaming bloody murder in the middle of the night at a man to stay away from her children? Please, do yourself a favor and find another place to live. I'm an easy going person who's lived in all types of situations, and this caps it. It does not deserve the one star given. more
