403 Club

Havn't been for a while. This was the first place that I saw live blues in KCK. I finally went to Club Paradox after the final Blues Fest when it was held on 3rd Street - I wish I would have gone there more often (don't know what you've got till it's gone). I really liked the people at 403, appreciated their foray into live blues, and a really good juke box too. Now that Triple Tree and Paradox are no more, I hope 403 gets back into some live blues to satisfy this blues junkie. more

A classic tavern with more to offer than just cocktails. Including uitar hero, bowling, pool, and darts. The location is convenient and parking hasnt been a problem for me. Most grocery stores have a further walk to the door. The patrons are friendly and you might even bump into an old friend. Try it out! more

KCK and you think drive-bys, crackheads, and just one word... crime. Nothing could be further from the truth, except maybe a couple of reviews of the place by mean people. This little slice of strawberry hill is owned and operated by a young lady from the neighborhood, for the neighborhood. No one opens a tiny bar in downtown KCK looking to get rich! Cheap drinks, attentive service, friendly people, and a decent jukebox. For those inclined, there are darts, pool, several videogames, cable, and even hot dogs! It's no wonder at all why so many people from midtown make the short drive to the 403 club. Old and new parts of the neighborhood are well represented on any given night, on any given barstool: tattooed rock kids, young hispanics, old croatians, JOCO professionals with ties to the neighborhood, etc. While you may never know who is going to be there, you can always count on a welcoming ""What'll you have?"" Pros: cheap drinks, good mix of patrons, out of sight service! Cons: juke box still needs a bit of work, parking can be a pain more

Anyone who knows the people who own the 403 know that is just a blatant character asassination atempt. Cute little neighbor hood dive. Good prices, Great Service!! Welcoming atmosphere and the usual bar entertainment... pool, darts, jukebox, Silver Strike Bowling and megatouch. Convenient location right off I-70 more

Bartender went into the back smoke a joint and then gave bad service to me and my friends. Just another trashy downtown Kansas city Kansas buisness. more
