Just had a grooming yesterday. Have used this facility for the last 3 years. Naps was badly razor burned on his inside hips. I returned to show the problem. Was told his card would reflect the problem. No apology, no concern. Not returning, not recommending. 2/20/14 more

CAUTION!!!! If you plan on leaving your animal here to board and or to have groomed plan on rude staff, unavailable ownership, costly fees and just plain POOR service. I had my dog boarded for three days and during that time my dog was injured and walked out limping. I never received a call nor did my vet on my dogs condition. When I went to pick my dog up she had a severe cut to her paw and need to be seen by the vet right away. It was expensive to board her and it was an expensive vet trip as well. This company has utter disregard for customer satisfaction and to animals. I will not be a repeat customer and DO NOT recommend them in anyway. more

Love Lori's Grooming! :). I will never take my parents dogs anywhere else to be groomed. We have 2 golden retriever/chow, 2 year old dogs and Lori always does a wonderful job. One of our dogs is not ... always cooperative; home looking spectacular! :) Highly recommended for grooming services!!!!! A little pricey-but these days..who isn't! If you pay top dollar, you are getting top dollar, quality work!! :) If you don't want to spend a few extra bucks or so...you might as well go to a chop shop down the road. Remember...you pay for what you get; therefore, 4 Paws (Request Lori or Brenda) is definitely quality grooming! :) more

Amazing Amazing Amazing 8/27/2011

Absolutely wonderful place to go. I had an emergency and had to go out of town at the last minute 4 Paws was the only place I found that had indoor/outdoor kennels and didn't smell. The kennel staff was amazing and made me feel like I was leaving her with family not complete strangers. When I picked her up she was just so happy that I started taking her for daycare to burn off all of her extra puppy energy. This is definately the place to go if you want your pet to be in a home away from home!!! more

The Best Boarding Kennel We Have Ever Used 12/14/2009

As full-time RVers, We have left our dogs at kennels all over the country. We toured 4 Paws before leaving our lab-mix mutt there for eight days recently. We have never been to a kennel that smelled so good. Each dog has its own outdoor run as well as a large indoor space with a raised bed. The kennels are cleaned twice a day. Pros: Clean, great staff Cons: Pricey more

Excellent grooming, Super friendly! 4/16/2009

We have an elderly small dog and they are so good with him. We have taken him to other groomers, and he seems to figure out where he is going, and starts to shivver and is very scared. Never has this happened at 4 Paws. Thank you all!! Pros: Always asks how we want our dog clipped. more

The Worst Grooming! 4/9/2009

The WORST! Snobby,Overpriced,dog grooming salon.Charged $56 for bath and trim on 18lb cocker, she had been groomed & shaved down just 3wks earlier. I should have asked how much first, then I would have walked out! When I asked why so much, the groomer replied with a snippy, ""your dog is large""... Are you kidding me..get glasses! 18lbs is large? Closer check, it was a shoddy groom. Muzzle wasn't even touched & I found three spots were my puppy was bleeding from cuts, also she had pooped in the cage and they didn't clean her up, they gave her to me that way!,...NEVER AGAIN...beware! Cons: Beware, worst grooming and staff more
