On December 23rd my BMW suddenly stopped running. I was fortunately near an independent mechanic.
Once he determined the problem, he began to make plans to locate and then drive to get the necessary part for me. He called the parts department and inquired about the part he needed.
The service person was extremely RUDE!. He initially said he didn't have the part. We inquired how long it would take to order and the cost. We also asked if they had another dealership in the valley who might have it and did he have their phone number.
He did not answer our question regarding the availability or cost and was extremely RUDE regarding another location. He could have POLITELY said they didn't have another location, quoted us the price and delivery estimate and all would have been well, Instead he yelled at us on the phone (we were on speaker phone so everyone in the office heard the call); told us to do our own DAMN homework and hung up on us.
My husband and I are buying new BMW's this next year - and not from them!
