In 2008, I rented one of their 200+ homes in Independence, KY for 16 months for $1050/month with another $1050 deposit and when I moved, they sent me $76 back in the mail. I went to court and showed the Judge in Covington, KY pictures of me and my friends cleaning the house as much as we could except the dirt on the carpet and some nail holes on the wall (about $250 to repair and clean) The Judge ruled in my favor and asked them to pay me back $760+ plus interest and court fees. Months later, CB Management tells me that I got a judgment and asked me to collect it. I sure will collect it and extra for my suffering and pain.
