Stay Away, Stay FAR Away!! 3/30/2018

Purchased a Tevo Tornado from 3dprintersonlinestore on 3/7/2018 that was advertised on 3dprintersonlinestore as shipped in 4-5 days later. 11 days later and several emails and responses full of excuses and no tracking number I have no printer. I filed a claim with PayPal after the 10th day with no tracking number over the payment and won the claim in just over a day. The quick claim win shows you that Paypal even knows of problems with this company. Stay far away and buy from a reputable and reliable source and NOT 3dprintersonlinestore more

Buy a 3D printer and you get dumped to China 4/2/2015

Bought a 3D printer and then everything was turned over to the Chinese seller. Really got screwed there. Missing parts, terrible documentation, and I can't leave a review on the 3DPrintersOnline Site, geee wonder why.....STAY AWAY. If you want to buy a 3D printer make sure it is shipped from the US or you may have to wait a month and a half for a machine that has bad and missing parts. ordered in the beginning of Feb and now its the beginning of Apr and I am still waiting on parts and trying to get this $400 paper weight running. more
