380 Auction

I purchased a couch(sectonal) For a very reasonable price...this place is excellent, for furniture the price is right and to top it off I did something so stupid I only had it for about 10 days and i place a vacumn on top of it to clean my ceiling fan and the vacumn ate the cushion up......I called to see what I could do and they replaced it free of charge granted I had to wait for it but believe me it was worth the wait.The staff was so great and I apperciated everything they did, they are so worth going too. more

its okay but the prices are steep seeing what there getting this stuff for there, poor staff and don't even bother buying tools there cause they wont last one use and their holiday decorations are flimsy and brittle i do not recommend this store pros- havent really found any cons- most food products are past date, short hours, not open mondays, poor service, terrible tools, and some people i know have had some terrible issues with their furniture and we arent talking just a late delivery.. more

ordered living room furniture from 380 auction, they were really easy to work with, the furniture came in within 2 weeks and the delivery people were very nice. I highly recommend this place, my experience was good and would def. go back to order more furniture. Pros: cheap, good quality Cons: havent had any yet more

this place has been in business for idk how many years. i went shopping there when i was a baby with my parents. and wow thats over 29 yrs ago. i have had several things from there. always got the right items. and they great selection that they have of all items is wonderful. you must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day. :) more

haveanopinion said that they have ordered furniture there and always has to wait. Well, what the heck are you ordering b/c my family, friends and myself have ordered numerous things from this place and have waited for it just like you would if you went to a funiture store. You can buy items right off the floor if you really wanted it that badly. But sometimes you have to wait for furniture. Longest we had to wait was a month. Go to roomful express. Its the same way there just alot more expensive. 380 Auction is a good place to get stuff. They are accomodating and if something isn't in in a timely fashion they do help out! I have bought several pieces of furniture from 380 auction and have always had a long wait! When I say a long wait I mean at least 3 months or more! When you go there to place your order they are more than accommodating. But when the five or six weeks pass and you have no furniture and call to see what is going on, that's another story. They made me feel like I should not be calling and just wait however long it takes. It took 4 MONTHS! They also got my last furniture order WRONG! I waited 4 MONTHS for the wrong furniture. The guys came and it was not what I had ordered. When I called 380 to explain the mixup they we not to apologetic. I am very upset with the service I have recieved and will never think of purchasing from them again. My advice is take your money elsewhere. Cons: Your wait for furniture will be a LONG one. more
