Most companies believe and claim that they sell a unique product (or service). But, I’ve come to recognize that virtually all companies sell a commodity. We all have competitors that sell the exact same thing as we do. However, what really differentiates one company from another is rooted in the relationship they develop with their customer.\r

That little fact became so obvious to me when we had our sign installed and I noticed a couple days later that there was a problem with it at night (when it was illuminated). I asked you to come by and take a look. You did so and immediately agreed that the sign was not manufactured properly.\r

Well, these things happen. I believe that the real mettle of a company is not measured by how perfect they perform, but rather, by how they react when things don’t go the right way. The fact that you so readily corrected the problem impressed me more than if everything had gone right when the sign was first installed.\r

I greatly appreciate your hard work and love the new sign!\r
