The experience was perfect starting with the phone call to research prices. We laughed, made jokes, and it was such a great experience I decided to go with them based on the phone interaction. They called to confirm, they were exceptional at special requests. They even offered to put a sign in becasue one of the passengers was coming home from military service. We had a graduate as a passenger and they let me change the lis. plate holder to the Alumni plate holder I bought. The limo was gorgeous, the driver was amazing. He was personable, friendly, funny and accomidating. We had the greatest time. The driver had a navigation system, which was nice because we didnt have to keep telling him where to go: I've had to do that in other limos. The limo was very clean. The driver cleaned the limo while we were out so it was clean when we came back to go to the next stop on the agenda. It was really just an amazing time and the limo service put on an amazing presentation. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Pros: Beautiful limo-wonderful driver-great customer service. Amazing ride. 310 quickly earned 5 stars during my first phone call. We were arriving from Phoenix and needed transportation for our group of 7 to the cruise terminal (a 30 minute ride) with no stops along the way. This was a problem with every other limo company (6 companies to be exact) I contacted as they had a minimum of 3 hours and wouldn't budge. After emailing 310 with my dilemma, they were able to customize their regular offering to accommodate us. Sweet! Brand new, beautiful stretch Navigator and the best thing... NO smoking is allowed so it smelled sweet too!!! On-time professional driver and any phone calls were answered promptly by a caring customer service rep. I used 310 Limousines after reading an article at iflylax which name this company as their official limousine service. Apparently this site provides information to 50,000+ travelers monthly concerning LAX travel. From the time I saw the website the quality of it blew me away. When I called It was one of those things you just know in seconds the caliber of company you called. Anyhow I booked a ride to and from the aiport as well as I had them take me and some friends on a tour of Los Angeles, Beverly Hills etc. The service I received was second to none. The car seem as if it was brand new, the driver was prompt and professional (and insightful) and the customer service was execptional. I would recommend this service to any and everyone.
