I've been here many times - after the first visit I was HOOKED. The prices may seem high at first, but they are reflected in the taste, texture and quality of the chocolate. The store is always busy - even if there aren't people in the store, the employees are packaging fresh batches and filling orders - so sometimes I have to say ""Good morning!"" but then they're always attentive. The chocolate itself is not too sweet and complex enough that each bite is better than the last - yummmm. My favorites: chocolate-covered popcorn and peanut butter cups (MASSIVE!), and any of the drinks - the Chillies (coffee, chocolate and ice) are the BEST, way better than Starbucks! My friends'/family's favorites: chocolate-covered grahams, chocolate-covered nutter butters. If you're in Mandarin (or within a 20-minute drive even), definitely check this place out! :D Pros: Quality (texture, aftertaste, perfect sweetness level), Variety, Value (esp. drinks), FRESHNESS! I use to live in Jacksonville, but I moved. Before I moved, I saw an add in the Folio about this bakery. The cupcakes looked so delicious, so I promised myself that I would visit this bakery when I came to visit Jacksonville. I was not impressed at all. When I called to get directions, no one could help me. The attendant nonchalantly said that she just moved to the area, so she could not give me directions. \r \r I eventually found the place. The decor was beautiful, but the customer service was not so desirable. I was the only one in the store yet it still took the attendants 5 minutes to acknowledge me. They were so cavalier about answering my questions about the cupcakes. I eventually chose 2 out of the limited selection then left. I tried the cupcakes. Not good at all.
