3 Dogs Boarding & Daycare

We have two older labs and feel so lucky that we found 3 Dogs. We have been very fortunate in the past to usually have friends watch them, but its been more difficult lately with how busy everyone's lives are getting. We saw reviews for 3 Dogs and also checked out their website. I was very intrigued and also liked the idea of communal boarding. My dog has separation anxiety and loves to be with his brother or any other dog for that matter, so knowing they would be all together with new friends vs. in a fenced off area/cage made me really happy. The owners Anne and Mike are amazing. I have mostly met with Anne is she is very accommodating and you can tell she cares for all of the dogs. They have 24 hour supervision over the dogs as well. They post Facebook photos too. We have used them 3 times now in the past year and have been so happy with them. The dogs come back calm and a bit tired, to be expected, but it's almost like THEY went on vacation. There is no anxiety, they are relaxed and happy when we pick them up. more

I never completely understood what doggy daycare was all about...and then I adopted two young puppies. I drop them off early in the morning and then pick up two exhausted puppies at night. They are being socialized (the shy puppy is really coming out of his shell) and they play all day, which allows me to relax at night. Ahhhh, money well spent. This company is run by two dog-loving people. It is very organized and I know my dogs are safe and well cared for. Thanks 3 Dogs! more

We've been taking our dog here since they've opened for daycare and for boarding. The staff/owners are amazing. Our dog is always excited to go and comes home exhausted from playing with all his 'friends'. They are great at giving us an update and/or letting us know if there are any problems. The place is huge with outside and inside areas, along with couches and futons for resting time! Pros: Open 7 days a week, Large facility more

We've been taking our two beagles here since shortly after 3 Dogs opened. It is one of the most convenient to where we live, which is great since it is such a solid business. Our beagles are always happy to be there and come home tired most days. The staff always lets us know if there are any problems and we never once have had to worry about our pooches when they are away. The large indoor/outdoor play areas keep them well amused. My dog absolutely loves coming to 3 Dogs for daycare! She barks when we pull into the parking lot and as soon as I let her out of the car she will run straight to the front door and start scratching on it. When she comes home she is tuckered out from playing all day long. (They have luxurious futons and beds for rests but I don't think she takes advantage of them she's so busy having fun.) What I like is that there is tons of room for the dogs to play, they can go outside and it smells clean -- three things I found very important when searching for the right place to take my dog. Plus Anne is very friendly and great to deal with, I have no worries leaving my baby in their care. : ) Pros: Lots of room to play, dogs can go outside and it doesn't stink like other places! Cons: No daycare on weekends. more

And that is how cozy and wonderful it is there. My dog acts like he's going to his Grandma's house for Christmas. The owners are warm and sincere. The place itself is super comfy! Since the boarding is cage-free, there are sofa's, overstuffed chairs, futons and dog beds everywhere. When Mr. Poochie gets tired, he just goes and lies down on the couch and passes out like he would at home. Also, I have a human-timid dog. He LOVES other dogs but is a little teeny bit weird about humans. When he goes there and sees Anne and Mike, he does the full body wag that looks like he's going to break in half! He loves it and that makes me happy. Pros: The kind of sincere dog love that is sometimes hard to find. Cons: They don't let me spend the night. The couches are just asking for chatting and wine. more
