2nd Look Laptops

I dropped off my Dell XPS laptop that is over 4 years old. It was starting to overheat and was running slow and just doing weird things. I thought for sure that it was done. One of the techs even told me when I brought it in that it might be beyond repair. Happily, they called the next day and said it just needed to be cleaned (dust and particles were causing the fan not to run correctly). If they had not been able to fix it, I would still be very happy with their service and knowledge. Will be buying my next laptop from them. more

I dropped my computer into them in January I was told my computer was working and that I could pick it up. However the computer would not turn on and was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. They said they did not know what happened and that they would look at it but then they would not return my phone calls and when I finally got a hold of someone they were very rude and said they would get to it when they get to it. After THREE WEEKS of having my computer sit there they were able to find the time to look at it and told me the computer was fried and would never work again. I was very upset since my computer was given back to me dead and when I gave it to them it was working. When I asked for my computer back and the money I had payed him to have it fixed, the owner told me that my money would not be returned and that this was not their fault or problem but HP's and Vista's fault for selling me a poor quality computer/software and then pushed to sell me one of his Dells! more
