Best Breakfast/Brunch 6/27/2006

This is a great place to bring out of towners, or just round up your friends/family and head out for a delicious meal. Weekends offer somewhat of a wait at times, but I promise it's worth every second. Parking (metered) is available on the street (out front) or in back (free). Worth going checking out 4/12/2006

This is one of my standbys - I go here frequently because a number of the items on the menu are excellent and the atmosphere/dining area is fabulous! This is a perfect place for a romantic dinner or girls luncheon. The patio is something like a cross between an English tea garden and a beach bungalow. Service isn't that great most of the time and parking is limited. I think the portions are RIDICULOUSLY huge, so I suppose the prices are good, but in the end its expensive as the food goes to waste, especially if you have a salad. A hidden gem 1/24/2006

My friends were impressed: how did you find this place? It was the perfect little place with a nice, delicious menu. The outdoor patio is adorable- perfect for a bridal shower. The biggest problem is space when you're waiting for your table and parking on weekends. Just valet, and it will be alright! Enjoy. Food is Good BUT Service is Horrible!!! 12/16/2005

It's unfortunate that the service is so unbelievable bad here because the food is good, and there's lots to choose from. I live nearby and gave them several chances to redeem themselves. When eating there, once seated, the wait staff takes a long time to get to you. Then, they don't ever check on you, drinks are left empty, and if you are in need of anything after the food comes, you're out of luck. We switched to take out to avoid the service, and were turned off even more!! Nobody even looks at you when you're stanging there trying to ask for you food. CONCLUSION: Don't bother! You can find the same food with less hassle and attitude! Pros: menu options, food quality Cons: service, attitude, parking more

Best Breakfast (just not very nutritious) 8/17/2005

A group of my girlfriends and I have made this our breakfast of choice. There's just something to be said about having a Polar Bear for breakfast: croissant, topped with vanilla ice cream, surrounded by luscious berries, AND a chocolate dipping sauce!!! That's my idea of breakfast ... They also have Greek Eggs which are amazing ... who could go wrong with olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, and pasta with your eggs??? Just Terrific 3/7/2005

26 Beach is a terrific little place. I've been here many times for Breakfast, lunch and dinner and have yet to be disappointed. Their French Toast breakfasts, and salads are their best items. But everything on their menu is great. Very popular with the locals. I recommend sitting out on the patio.
