This place is AWFUL! Do not go here. They use cheap, used parts and are completely rude. If you want a more extensive review about my experiences, read further:
My blackberry bold ""A"" button and trackball were not clicking down, (the trackball was scrolling perfectly, just not clicking). So I brought it in to 24/7 Wireless because they were the only cell phone repair store open on a Sunday. I left it at the store for 2 hours, and when I came back to pick it up, all seemed well; buttons were working again. Except that my white track ball was now replaced with a black one. Hello, did I ask for a black one? No, I didn't. Did they tell me they were going to switch it out to black? No, they didn't. But I understood that maybe that was what was needed in order for my trackball to work again, so I politely asked if they could order a white one while I waited for it to be shipped in. They told me that blackberry doesn't make white ones anymore, and that people preferred the black ones. Bullsh*t lie. But whatever, I was just happy that my phone was working again.
On the way home, I noticed that my red end call button and my arrow button now were not working. It was certainly my fault that I hadn't checked the entire keyboard before leaving the store, but I didn't think that these 2 buttons would even be touched, much less not working now. Since I was already about 20 mins away, I didn't want to turn around, and just decided to return the next day.
Once I returned, I told them what the problem was. They told me they would fix it in 10-15 mins. Well, it took 1 1/2 hours. That's not what I was mad about. Not only did it take that long, but they were rude & didn't keep me updated at all. When he finally brought out my phone, he had fixed the arrow button, but the red end call button now was not entirely fixed-- it had to be pushed down very hard for it to work. I asked him if there was anything more he could do, since I didn't want to have to press that hard on my red button. He said no, and if I didn't want to accept it, he'll put my old parts back in (meaning my old clear trackball and my old keyboard). He had clearly forgotten that he had given them back to me the day before. At this point, he walks away from me without saying what he was going to do, leaving me clueless as to whether he was going to fix it further, or put in my old parts back and give me my money back. I had to ask the girl multiple times to find out what he was doing back there. I was afraid he would put in discarded old parts, and try to claim that they were mine. She went back there and told me that he was fixing the trackball. Wait a second, I didn't come in to get my trackball fixed, my trackball was working fine; I came in to get my arrow and end call button fixed. He said he had ""found a white trackball"", and that he was going to put it in there for me. Um, nice gesture, I suppose, except my trackball was working fine... But I definitely thought it was weird that a supposed qualified technician as himself was going to try to repair something that didn't need repairing. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, he said that the white one he tried didn't work, and now my black one isn't working. Thanks buddy, you managed to mess up my trackball when I didn't even ask you to fix it, plus it didn't even need any fixing! Consequently, he gave me my phone back, with all of the buttons working. I stayed in the store for 5 mins checking all of my buttons and trackball before leaving. All seemed well, until about an hour after I left the store. I found out that my trackball did not scroll UP. As a matter of fact, when I scrolled up, it went down.
I return the next day, & tell them what the problem is. His wife recognizes me, and speaks to him in Vietnamese, assuming I can't understand it. I speak back in English, and they literally glare at me. Got my money back, end of story.
