24-7 Animal & Pest Control sprays for bugs and laying mice traps outside and it turned out good. They always say if we need anything, to call them back. They're easy to get a hold of and schedule appointments and the technician that comes out is always very professional and polite. more

He does a great job and answers any questions I have and if he doesn't know the answer he says he will get back to me. I also like the consistency of having the same person come out. I met Steve of 24-7 Animal & Pest Control when he was doing the spraying at the company I work at. I asked him to come out to do my ten rental units, and I've since set him up to do spraying every quarter. He is friendly with all of my tenants, and he always answers any I questions that come up. He always does a great, thorough job. On one occasion, we had a bee swarm, so we called him, and he took care of it right away. Nobody likes a sting of insects on their property after all! I would absolutely recommend him to others. I already have referred him to a buddy of mine at work. He's got Steve set up on a quarterly as well. It's been a great service so far. more

My husband actually met Steve of 24-7 Animal & Pest Control in a parking lot. He saw the sign on his truck, so he approached him and found him to be very laid back. We called him up after that to have him take a look at our problem, which was a bad brown recluse problem. By this time, both my one-year-old son and I had already been bitten. Steve came to take care of everything. This was about a year ago. Because our house is a bit older, we have had other pest issues come up. Steve has continued to service our home every six months. We are able to call him up, too, whenever we have an urgent issue. There was one instance when he was out of town, but he was able to send his son-in-law over to our home to take care of the matter. Steve is a great small business owner. We only know him through the service he's provided for us, but he's just an overall good guy. He leaves us in a comfortable, no pressure situation. We never feel like he is trying to get sales from us. He's only about providing outstanding service and fixing your problems! more

We've been using 24-7 Animal & Pest Control for years. They've helped us out with handling more than a couple of pest control issues with great care and I'd say they're very good to work with. Steve is always very nice, prompt, and personable. He's captured a couple of animals from our basement and also a raccoon that was chewing through our attic. He also has done orderly house spraying for pests that has efficiently kept them away. I highly recommend them with much confidence. more

Steve from 24-7 Animal & Pest Control is so personable, very friendly, and he comes out in a timely manner. He rearranges his schedule if I have an emergency. Always answers or returns calls when you leave a message very quickly. I can just call and ask him a question about a bug or send him a picture of one and he'll know what it is. 24-7 Animal & Pest Control does our quarterly sprays. Steve is always the one who comes to do that. I've been a customer of his since he started his business. He's so nice and so personable. He knows all three of my kids by name. We had a spider problem over the summer. I don't do spiders. I called Steve and he was out here the same day. He was very willing to help and was extra thorough. He's just a really nice guy. 24-7 has good prices as well. We used to go with another pest control place and Steve came in lower than them and is more personable. It's really fast service when you need it. more

24-7 Animal & Pest Control is really good. Steve comes out quarterly and sprays outside around the house. We have a large home and we haven't had any problems. He does a really good job. About a month ago my daughter was getting married and he came over the morning of the wedding and was outside on the porch getting cobwebs and big things off. No one even asked him to do that. He's really just a wonderful guy. Steve started his own business two years ago, but I knew him before from a previous business. If you do have a problem, you can call him and he'll help. more

24-7 Animal & Pest Control did mostly bug control but I also had a problem with mice and they've taken really good care of that. I haven't seen any mice at all. Steve is a very honest person and I've known him for a number of years. Lynette Milles more
