We hired 24 Moving to help us with our move last weekend and they did a superb job. The movers came on time and finished early, all while making sure our things were safe. The price was great and they took away the stress of moving. more

24 Moving did a superb job with my move last week. The movers were very hard workers and made sure that all of my possessions were well taken care of. Everything was in the same condition as when packed and the movers placed all of the furniture where I needed it. The price was very reasonable and I'm very satisfied with the results. more

they gave me a firm estimate I had very little to move and everything was packed for them. It took them all day to put 10 boxes in a truck and a couple pieces of furniture. Then when I wouldn't agree to their outlandish charges for packing paper and tape and triple charges for driving they tried to hold my things hostage until I signed off on it. I am definitely filing a complaint with consumer affairs. DO NOT HIRE. Pros: they moved me Cons: they ripped me off more

My husband and I hired three movers to move us out of our loft and into our new house they told us this would be a fast job with three guys but only one guy really worked the other two sat downstairs by the truck and it took them 5 hours just to get the furniture wrapped up and into the truck and we only had 1000 Sq ft in our old apt so there really wasn't much to move. Then it took them 30 minutes to get to the house and they charged us for an hour of travel and then it took them forever to get the furniture into the new house. If that wasn't bad enough when they unwrapped the furniture one of our coffee tables and a credenza had been badly damaged the movers took the table and the credenza with them and said they would fix it. When they brought it back the coffee table which was a 400$ table was a wreck it had been sanded down and painted a different color then bottom of the table. So now I have a half white and half blue coffee table and the edges of it are scratched up. When I called the manager he blew me off for weeks and finally sent me a claim form to fill out and assured me that 24 moving would make up the difference of whatever the insurance didn't pay but after I filled out the form I got a letter saying there wasn't enough proof of the damage and that they would only pay 60 cents for every pound that the table weighs even in conclusion: NEVER HIRE THESE MOVERS!!!!! I also think most of the reviews on here might be created by the company itself Pros: none Cons: they did everything wrong more

There service was exceptional. From the beginning of my move through the end. Micah the foreman was amazing answering all my questions and helping me with the packing. Ron the dispatcher was great also, always having the customer in mind. more

Over the past three years, I have used 24 Moving twice. Once for personal use and once for my business. Both times they did a wonderful job. They are nothing but the best to work with. Very professional and they will not disappoint the customer one bit. more

I tried to cancel the scheduled move literally minutes after hiring them as I realized my circumstances did not fit the service, and they refused to refund my deposit ($100), falsely claiming that they "had to turn away another customer who wanted your time slot" even though I hired them literally 2 minutes before and . That, to me, already screams unprofessional ism and plain lack of consideration for the customers. F- Pros: Avoid Cons: Over charge more

Your employees showed up neatly dressed and a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were required to maneuver large items through rather cramped spaces. They took their time and did so in such a manner that all of my valuable pieces of furniture were undamaged (without even a scratch). Even though they slowed down to make sure that no damage occurred? they finished the entire move in a timely fashion. more
