Hi everyone, my name is Angelo and I am writing this review to tell everyone the positive experience I had when we hired 24 hours moving inc to move us down Vale in Oregon. We found a great old house to move on in this city close to the new business we are restoring as well. Me and my wife just found a new business which is an old hotel which she is planning to restore . Basically the current house we are living was a five bedroom one in which we are moving to a smaller house. Some of our stuffs will be stored in our garage since not everything will fit. They moved us without any questions and they were very enthusiastic and very friendly too. Pricing wise they are competitive, service wise, They were absolutely surprising. Fast and very polite. They just do whatever i told them to do and where to put the item without any hesitations or question and even if we changed our mind they never complained. This company is one of the best we hired, I will use them again for sure. more

People in front desk when I arrived to their office to personally inquire on my planned move was very helpful and pleasant looking. I was been able to see how they store customer items and I am in awe satisfaction that my items would be in great hands if I use them. I managed to talk to the salesperson and discussed the different packages offered. So I got the full package where they will do everything including the packing and loading of my items and any damage will procure via the inclusive insurance. Well, I am proud to say that my move ended pleasantly because they delivered it on time with no damage or missing item. Professional people and worth to be recommended company. I am a Linux Architect and was recently promoted to a managerial position to a satellite location out of Texas, which means a requirement for me to move again. Although I am not new to moving, I am not definitely like moving at all. Aside from the packing and unpacking thing I really don't want to deal with crappy companies who even though i hire different ones they were all the same greedy people. I started doing it myself by trying to rent a U-haul truck but I get afraid that I might break most of our items. In this situation, I had no other choice but to proceed with the usual, hire a moving company. I got 24 hours moving inc to do the job for us hoping they were better than the others we hired before. We got this company from the search engine in internet. They assigned me to Cindy as coordinator not only for the sales but for the whole move. They sent me quotes/estimates via email and we discussed it by phone afterwards.The move date came and a crew of four men came in looking neatly and within four hours finished everything. By far our experience is a positive one during the pick up and they add up the positive experience by giving a very smooth delivery with no damage at all. We hire my friend to work in the satellite location he will be moving within the next month and we have already recommended this company. more

I searched the net for a moving company in Dallas and I found a moving site where you can sign in and get quotes from movers in town. I took a chance and signed up, immediately my email and phone where bursting from calls as soon as I sent my inquiries. about 8 companies tried contacting me either by email or by phone. Everyone has something to offer and is competitive in different areas.I narrowed down to 2 companies after nearly talking a bunch of people for two days. Mike was very cool and never gets irritated on detailed questions I asked. It happens that Mike works for 24 hours moving inc. So to sum it up I ended up hiring 24 hours moving inc. I move most of the time because its my job's nature to be assigned to different locations. I never moved from Dallas before but in any case i will be I will still use 24 hours moving inc.The reason for saying this is one, they deliver on time, two, the delivery went smooth with no issues, three, people were polite, four, they are affordable.Although I had some extra cost once the movers arrived to delivery site because I had 3 flights of stairs but they were working so hard and I knew that it's something that might happen so I was prepared. I am happy on their job and I am willing to recommend them to my friends. more

My daughter just finished her college degree on music. She looked for job that suites her degree and found one in Phoenix Arizona. They hired her as a music teacher in a popular College in Phoenix. After she moved, Me and my wife decided to surprise her with a Piano that she can use. We bought a huge antiques Piano from a neighbor. We wanted to ship it by surprise to her but I don't want to pick up the wrong moving company because i been hearing a lot of nightmares in using a moving company especially the small ones. I compared reviews of moving company online and I found 24 hours moving the most tempting. They have a pretty good impression when i talked to them and asked for quotes. The operator talks good and politely and made a very tempting deal. The only thing I am worried about is I need to ship a huge, expensive and antique piano for my daughter. Even though I am worried I still risk moving it with them. So the day of the move came in. They've got 5 people on the crew since this is a very huge piano. All of the crew are remarkably astounding especially on the job thy were doing. Aside from they wrapped every corner and the whole piano so tightly after padding them. They made sure that the piano is tightly secured inside the truck. This lessen my worries and when it came to phoenix, my daughter was very happy when she got our surprise for her. She was very happy and very thankful that she have a Piano now. She was happy too that its also in perfect condition. I am so glad the risk I took turns out to be the best risk ever. We searched online for a good moving company. We are on a limited time constraint so we decided to choose the one we thought is best based on their rating and reviews. We choose three movers and contacted them via email. So whoever replies first that's what we are going to choose. 24 hours moving inc. is the first one who replied to our inquiry. We called them and in the end she sent me an estimate. I can tell that we made the right decisions because they give good pricing and they are into details. \r \r They picked up the items and loaded in three hours. At first, I am a little worried but I am happy when they delivered my items. The driver supposed to be coming in deliver my items a day before they actually deliver it but they got delayed when the truck broke down by Salt Lake City. Its understandable actually, because you can't help things happen like this.Once our movers arrived, they jumped right to task and were finished before I knew it. I would highly recommend calling them if anyone is looking out for a mover who provides impeccable and friendly moving service. more

I have a very handsome and strong husband who works in the military; given the nature of his job, this requires us to move so often. We are loyal customer of 24 hours moving inc. The last 3 moves we done. They were the one who did the job for us. As expected they were great in their field but this time its greater than their work before. They added more equipment to speed up their jobs, They have more supplies in the truck, they clean up the mess and bring it with them after the move and they wore uniforms now. I like that they were already showing the world their company name and their contact. Who knows, someone who is moving might spot them and give them a call. My husband included his Bobber motorcycle in the move. I am not a motorcycle person and I can't drive that to our new location with three kids with me, so we decided to include that to the move. Its a special fee but the move was a great success. On our next move, we will surely use them again, no matter where we are. more

My wife recently had a new born. It happened too that we need to move as soon as possible for the new work assignment that the company gave me. As much as I don't want to, but we need to.Aside from my wife and my new born baby I also have dogs to take care of for this move. In this case, I really wanted to make sure everything comes on time and efficiently in the new location (if not we will eat, sleep and lay on the floor). My boss provided me with movers whom the company used before. Although the company will expense the move I still wanted to make sure everything goes well. 24 hours moving inc is the company he gave. At first, I am still in doubt, and for so many times I keep insisting to them that we need the items to be in the site on the date I require it. Two days after we set the schedule they arrived at home, Since its a full service job, they did the packing and securing of my items. They loaded everything in the truck and everything went well. The next day, I was informed by my boss that I gonna be delayed moving to the new office because The office is not yet done and I need to close a deal to one client in our current site. That screwed up everything for me. So, I immediately called 24 hours moving inc to change the date of the delivery and move to one week later than the original date. The customer services lady was very sweet, she immediately addressed my concern and the changes I made. What is also compelling, is they changed the date without any additional fee(Its gonna be different if we changed the date when the job is also shipping).The day came and I am so glad the driver called 1 day earlier. We were already in the new house a day before the actual date requested. We don't have anything with us to use but the driver suggested if we can receive the items later the night he can deliver it. He came in to deliver it about 11 pm that night and they started everything as fast as they can with care. In two hours they were done unpacking, assembling and settling of the furniture to designated rooms. I gave them a good tip for their awesome job. They were very considerate and understandable. Some company tends to screw up sometimes when doing a long distance move. But 24 hours moving inc professionally moved my belongings. They worked fast with efficiency and care, packing and handling all delicate items carefully, wrapped the large furniture and padded the wall paintings and fragile items.During delivery I was given a chance to check everything and examine any damage and I never see any single scratch at all plus they delivered my items on time. Hi I am Angela and I am very proud to make a review for this company for the honesty they showed me during my move. October 23 when I contacted the company to move me to Nile. They were the best company I got for one week of search and check. After we seattled everything they came to my apartment in Plano to pack up all my belongings including huge furniture. They dis-asembled my huge glass hutch, beds, tables and more. A day before the move i am having problems already specifically with money because i lost my small purse with about 5k cash in it.They finished doing the job and after 11 days it was delivered to my house in Nile. They unpacked everything, assembled my furniture when the driver came to me and handed a white purse, he said he found it from one cabinet they were assembling (that was actually my purse with 5K In it. I was very happy with this guys honesty and I am very proud to tell everyone this is the right company for you. They were truly reliable, professional and most specially HONEST people. more

\r I am an aspiring motocross rider, been dedicated to fulfilling this dream since I had enough savings from long time work. It all started as a hobby until I got hooked to it. I live on a city back in Plano and Motocross is not so popular. So i decided to move closer to a place where I can train more and its in San Diego, CA. I got three motorcycles to ship, few furniture, some boxes. I moved to a house with a huge garage and everything was in good condition upon delivery. This review was due a month ago, It started with twenty plus quotes when i inquired at a moving company website. It took me about a week just to get the right moving company, dealing with their quotation amount, the service duration, additional charges, insurance and some more details that I wanted to know. I thought I made the wrong move sending over my request because my phone never stopped ringing and my emails got full. From all replies and all that I accommodated I got confused. This was my first big move and I needed someone to help me, not confuse me until a friend told me about 24 hours moving inc(in fact one of those 20 that replied on my inquiry is 24 hours moving inc).I called them and I talked to a guy and a lady and both took the time to explain everything completely and answered all my questions. They made it clear what to expect and they also explained why some of the quotes I was getting from other companies seemed too good to be true and what information the others were not telling me.Since it is my first move i don't know how to give them the necessary details of the items i have, so they sent personnel to do an in-house estimates. The guy that came out, Michael, was so patient and helpful. He guaranteed to be there on the day of my move, and as promised he was. The movers came in the morning, packed and loaded my entire house. I received my things a month ago. As i expect, everything arrived safely. A leg of my dresser was broken but since I purchased a full replacement insurance, I've got a check immediately to replace the broken dresser. Fast and good customer service. They were too great and very professional. I will truly recommend them to everyone. more

: My job recently moved me from Dallas to Detroit. I need to move from a small 2rd story apartment building in Dallas, Texas to a larger 3rd story apartment building in Detroit. 24 hours moving inc. arrived perfectly on time and were very polite and professional. On the delivery date, I thought I a lot of my furniture will be junked because of the super small stair space. In my surprise, no damage at all, If you only know how I feel that time, Its a big sigh of relief. This guys are genius. They knew what they are doing and they move fast too. All in all, computation wise I paid a hundred extra for both the pick up and delivery location additional steps on stairs but proud to say I am still happy. One, because i still paid lesser than the others and two, the effort and service I got from them is phenomenal. This is by far the best move i ever done. more

I was very nervous about using a moving company to move all my things since this is my first ever move. When i talked to the agent she clearly explained all the points of the move, what I would expect from their service, and all that was being charged. I told her i need to be in a tight budget and I need to squeeze in whatever i had in my pocket to move...so as much as possible everything even additional charges should be accounted for in the quote. Well luckily i get a good help, the agent helped me keep things within my budget and was very patient on my many queries. After I booked with them they were good communicating to me that my items are in transit already. \r \r The day of the pickup confirmed that this company is a true legit and professional movers. They made a good packing of all the items specifically the fragile items and tightly wrapped it with a pad. I am telling you i could never do that myself. \r \r Everything went fine and everything was delivered perfectly to my new home. 24 hours moving Inc. just recently moved me from Dallas, Texas to Jersey City, NJ. I am a computer software programmer so I tend to be deployed from one state to another. Its constantly happening every 6 months to one year. So I know what are the do's and don't in moving and what to expect during move. To be honest I always expect a service that burden me in price, headaches, and problems until I used 24 hours moving inc. I can't believe how smooth my move was. From the pick-up to delivery the people are very professional. Yes, i got charged more because the cubic feet from the actual pick-up is more than the original estimates but they did a good job. During delivery is better, I am happy my items where left untouched and unscathed. The Items was delivered 5 days after the pick-up and they were consistent on updating me where the shipment is. 24 Hours Moving Inc. gave me a Good price. I have a lot of heavy and fragile items and they were all handled carefully and unscathed. The estimates provided were accurate and the personnel did the great job of handling over the information of what I wanted to do and how my belongings be handled. This is my first time to move but heard a lot of nightmares from costumers who moved before, Most says they have misrepresented costs, exerted heavy pressure for additional moneys or tips, were not on time but luckily i got one of those good companies who professionally do their job and are not arrogant when doing their job.
