Misleading sales people, rude billing 9/22/2010

Do not go to this fitness center in Kent. They cheated us! They told my college son that they will bill for two months while he was here this summer, and will not bill for the third month if he called to cancel on time. He did just that after signing a three-month contract. 24 hour fitness in Kent billed him anyway after he cancelled on time. They also erroneously charged him another extra month. He had to call to get a refund for that too. The sales people completely mislead you, and the billing department contact is extremely rude and unprofessional. We will never go there again. more

My Faviort gym out of 3 I have worked out at 10/5/2009

I love this gym. The staff walks around and is always willing to help. They will show you how to use to machines and how to use them correctly. This is the best gym I have ever been to. They are always putting in new machines and everything is kept nice and clean. I went after work and I was always able to do my full workout. And for the person that said they called a lot I only ever got one call and I turned them down. I didn't join until almost a year later. They just thanked me for coming in and to call if I changed my mind. more

Brand New and Awesome! 11/19/2008

this 24 Hr. is brand new and complete with lap pool and half court basketball. You'll never wait for equipment because the place is huge and has rows of every machine. Their personal trainer spent good time and advice with my husband when he was working back to good health after a heart attack. My daughter even goes twice a week! The staff is helpful the place is 1st class. It's not incredibly expensive either. more

Wonderful gym! 4/7/2008

I have been a member since the beginning of this year and every single person at this gym is friendly! They greet you by your name upon entering, are very friendly towards others, and don't try to sell products just to make a buck. They have their customers best interest in mind and I would gladly have my family and friends go to this gym and never be concerned about the way they would be treated. I started out with a free pass and didn't know if I wanted to join or not. The manager was very genuine and helpful and not at all pushy and that is one of the main reasons I joined the club. I was not bombarded with phone calls and the equipment is very clean compared to other gyms. more

Rude sales staff 1/5/2008

When recently inquiring about signing up a friend and family member the sales staff were very rude and did not seem to want to listen to what my needs were only what they thought we should sign up for. It was disrespectful! more

A good place to work out 8/25/2006

24 hour fitness is a good place to work out. It has plenty of machines and people to help out. It is rather large for some people and a very busy place. more

This is a great health club. The variety of machines lets you make many choices. It is large,so there is plenty of room for everyone. There are coaches to help you, if you desire guidance. It is also a good place to meet friends, workout together, and visit at the same time. PROS: room for everyone to workout! CONS: more

Great Place to Workout 8/12/2006

They welcome you with a smile, I don't have to wait to get on a machine, they keep the temperature right for a workout, they have great workout programs, and the clientele generally are everyday folk and not too full of themselves like at other gyms. They keep their equipment up to date and in good shape. I have no problem getting in and out as quickly as I want to. more

great workout facility 8/11/2006

This club continues to add new equipment and stay updated on the needs of the customers. There are fitness experts on hand to answer questions one might have. The staff at the front desk are friendly from saying "hello" when checking in to "goodbye" on your way out. more

harrassment! 6/29/2005

I had got a free 14 day membership to this Gym and filled it out and sent it in, before I had a chance to realize how far away it was from my house. Then I did, and there was no way I was going to drive that far for them to annoy me about becoming a member. So then I got 2 phone calls a day, wondering why I never came in. I told them why, its too far. The phone calls went on for about 2 weeks when I asked them to stop calling me. more
