Avoid the women's locker room at all cost! 4/23/2008

Locker rooms here are beyond DISGUSTING. My friend got a fungal infection from showering at this club. There is a form posted, suggesting that the club is cleaned hourly, however, the form was from 10 DAYS AGO! There is always wads of hair in the shower - often from 3 different shades of hair. Mold, fungus, trash on a daily basis. I am not the queasy type, but I can't bring myself to go anymore. Pros: Enough machines/weights even when crowded Cons: Beyond disgusting locker rooms/shower facilities more

Co-ed workouts 11/27/2005

Everyone knows about 24 hour fitness, and it seems to have gotten more crowded since the show The Biggest Loser. You can pay to workout on your own, or you can pay more and use a personal trainer. There is no pool here. It can be really crowded at lunch time or after work. more

The name says it all: 24 Hour Fitness. This co-ed gym is open 24 hours. They have a good selection of fitness equipment for you to use, and staff is friendly and helpful. more
