So here we are again pissed off due to club managers having no clue on what they should be doing;
1.) Lower level pool area mens locker rooms not more than 10 weeks ago several lockers had locks cut off and contents from the lockers stolen
2.) Lower level pool area mens locker room no hot water for two weeks in the sink or showers
3.) Upper level area mens locker room no hot water for a week in the at the sinks
4.) Upper level area mens locker room today posted “No hot water due to repairs between 7:00AM to 8:00am” So that means your contractor repair man knows what the hell he is doing and will have it fixed by 8:15am. No not here as at 9:00am there was no hot water.
5.) One year ago a undercover LAPD officer had their unmarked squad car broken in to in the parking garage in the early morning hours with ID’s, weapons, and ammunition taken.
6.) Since the date of opening in the early fall of last year there is one car broken in to every three weeks while the person is inside working out.
7.) The locker room thieves have systematically set up to break lockers over the past 10 months steal only the keys leaving the wallets, ID’s, and currency then coming back the next day and stealing the cars.
8.) More than one fight has broken out in gym very late at night due to meat heads getting pissy with one another. Then management brings in a security guard for one week assuming that nothing else will happen.
The front door staff is unable to do anything due to the problem of correcting these issues as it is above their pay grade.
FACT – If you run a service that says you have hot water, cold water, steam rooms, sauna, and lockers you make damn sure you have replacement parts on the shelf in your storage room. So when a machine goes down you have the two or three critical parts IN HAND to make the repair. You do not save PENNIES BY SHIPPING THE PARTS GROUND AND PROLONGING THE REPAIR YOU J@%*SS!
Failure to provide a service they you are marketing to the general public and a “DUTY” to provide the advertised service. Your inept and lack of common sense to have these parts on hand and resorting to shipping the parts the cheapest way possible to “SAVE” money and not provide the services advertised is a “BREECH” of contract and of services advertised. The insane amount of time waiting one, two, or three weeks by not providing access to a machine or an apparatus such as a shower forces the hardship on to the customers. Interpret “CAUSATION and DAMAGES” and this boys and girls is called “NEGLIGENCE” and I assure you I would fire this @**%$# if I was in charge.
