We took my in-laws to this resaurant shortly after it opened, not knowing anything about it. It immediately became my favorite restaurant, ANYWHERE. I've never had to wait to be seated, the service is great, and the food is inventive and always very good. The menu is change seasonally, so it is worth visiting often. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there Friday night, and had a great meal of artic char served over lobster ravioli with corn cream sauce. The fish was cooked perfectly. There are two restaurants in Chattanooga that visitors should not miss: 212 and the St. John.
Pros: Large wine list, great food.
Cons: Small parking lot.
