2000 Auto

My husband and I are new to the area and a friend recommended this place to us. We went in to fix a burnt out headlight which we thought was a bigger problem then it was. They took our car in right away and fixed the problem. Turned out it wasn't what we had thought and was actually a much easier fix! They were very reasonably priced and friendly. I have to commend an automotive place that is honest and genuinely tells you what is wrong and gave us the cheaper fix. Plus they didn't even try to sell us on anything else. I think this is the first automotive shop we have gone to that hasn't tried to tell us something else on our car needs to be fixed. We will definitely be going back! more

Absolutely wonderful people to deal with, purchased a car recently from them . It was absolutely spotless , better than described. Above and and beyond courtesy and making sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. I can't say enough about 2000 Auto :) . I purchased the truck sight unseen through pictures. Flew down from New York, they set me up with a 30 day tag . That was a month ago , 4000 miles later, no issues at all, people cannot belive the great price and how clean it is. I am an attorney and I have been forced to file complaints with multiple agencies related to my vehicle purchase from 2000 Auto. Despite written and oral promises that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, the Lexus that was sold to me by Tom Hakimi and Mohammad Hatefi of 2000 Auto was damaged and dangerous. Within a few days of purchase, I replaced a slightly worn tire only to find out the vehicle's wheel bearing assembly was damaged and could freeze the wheel up at any time if not replaced. The car's rims are also bent, and the spare tire was secured in the trunk with a nail in it! 2000 Auto refused to make these repairs unless I paid for them. In my opinion, 2000 Auto knew or should have known this vehicle was damaged and in a dangerous condition when sold. Consumers are able to investigate businesses through the BBB and state consumer protection agencies. I wish I had done so. more

I have bought many cars from the owner, and time and time again, he has treated me fairly, given me great prices, and been very honest with me about the conditions of the cars. I am so happy and pleased, and have been having my car serviced by them for over 10 years. I highly recommend them. more

Recently bought a 2007 corvette from this establishment. This car was advertised and described as "pristine" Two weeks after the purchase the leather paint they used to cover up significant wear on the driver seat came off. I called and they admitted that they painted the seat for "reconditioning" but refused to rectify the problem. This is obviously a dishonest company that is comfortable hiding a cars flaws and doing anything necessary to get a sale. Avoid at all cost unless you find yourself with a well concealed lemon more

We have gotten the oil in our cars changed here for about 8 years. The attendants are always pleasant, and service is very quick. Prices are comparable to other shops, but you can find many coupons for 2000 Auto. Or you can prepay for oil changes and get a big discount in advance. more
